My husband, two children and I came to Wildwood for our annual visit during Firemen's weekend. We also often rent properties when we go on vacation (more space for the family) so lots of experience with rental properties overall.
Kathy texted me the morning of our arrival to tell us the house was ready and to enjoy our stay, which I thought was very thoughtful.
First impressions of the townhouse: CLEAN. Every single room, closet, under the beds, drawers. Not a stray hair or dust bunny in sight! (The grill was cleaned so well, I actually thought it was new).
The townhouse is only a few blocks walk from the heart of the Boardwalk, but was quiet enough that we weren't disturbed by any street noise. The gym, Rite Aid and a few restaurants are also within walking distance. The parking spots for two cars were also really convenient.
The kitchen is fully stocked with condiments, spices and non-perishables that you may forget to bring. Cleaning products, broom and vacuum are available. We didn't use them but I saw shampoo and conditioner, Q-tips, feminine products, blow dryer, and other supplies that you may need.
The washer and dryer are also nice to have.
I had to text Kathy a couple of times during our trip, one to ask a question, and the other where I told her I accidentally broke a dish. Both times she was very responsive and was easy going about the broken dish. Definitely our favorite of all the places where we have ever stayed and will stay here again.
