Villa Montane 217 - 4 Bedroom Residence

This townhome is outfitted in vintage mountain décor and includes a gas fireplace and cathedral ceilings in the great room, an upgraded kitchen, three guest suites, each with an attached bathroom, two with a king size bed, and the third with two twin size beds that can be combined into a king. Additional features include a fourth bedroom with a queen size bed, washer/dryer, one indoor parking space and access to ski lockers/boot warmer. This residence is ski-in/ski-out through the building's common area and ski access to the Elkhorn lift is subject to snow conditions.

Guests will appreciate views of Poste Montane and Avondale Lane from the deck (with gas BBQ), and the convenience of staying in the heart of Beaver Creek Village, with ski-in access from Strawberry Park and ski-out via the skiway to Elkhorn Lift. An outdoor, heated pool, hot tubs, a fitness center and theater with 3D TV and surround sound are also available. Please note that this home does not have air conditioning.

Absolutely amazing

The vibe of this house was just divine and the interiors were impecable. If you like a lodge/mountain vibe, you will LOVE this house. I cannot wait to come back!

Comfortable and spacious

Beautifully appointed. Everyone had room to gather and room to retreat. Nice large kitchen and sonos sound system, that was a plus. Be prepared for some stairs. However, the front desk staff was helpful with transferring luggage from car to unit. Overall a lovely home away and recommend for families large or small.

Nice Place but no elevator

The place is convenient and nice but the building has no elevator to the rooms which makes it very guest unfriendly when you have older family members and babies, strollers, etc Please post this on the website and does make it difficult to take bags, strollers etc up to 2nd floor

Great condo for long weekend getaway!

We booked this unit for MLK weekend with my wife and 2 teenage kids, and had my friend and his wife stay with us. Communication from the host and concierge was excellent, check in easy and no problem. Unloading relatively simple from the turnabout at the front desk (just up a small flight of stairs, elevators from parking garage also close to unit). Plenty of room to spread out (in fact, one of the bedrooms went unused as surprisingly my kids stayed together in the same room). The unit has everything you need, and is across the street from the village so shopping and dining are easy. The free breakfast in the lobby (right downstairs) also a nice benefit. There are 2 ski rental/storage shops right downstairs, and it's a short walk to the lift. Will definitely look to book again next time we plan a trip to Beaver Creek!

Nice condo as described.

Everything about the condo was very nice and as described. It is very spacious with nice bathrooms and bedding. The hot tub is right outside the door. The drawbacks were that check in is late already (5), and our unit was still being cleaned until 6 PM. One of the four showers had cold water. Overall very nice.
