Welcome to our Island gem, Our unit is conveniently located at the Cliffs in the heart of Princeville on the Garden Island of Kauai. The Cliffs is a 22 acre beautifully manicured resort property, high on the bluff overlooking the ocean. The Cliffs units offer a quiet, private and spacious experience with all the amenities of many top notch hotels.

When we first saw the unit and location, we fell in love, and now we are excited to be sharing it with you! There are so many things that make this the perfect spot for your vacation in paradise, or a home away from home. It is a secure, second floor unit which is situated in such a way that it captures the cooling ocean breezes through the large slider doors on both sides of the unit. It's layout, features covered lanais on each side of the unit, which enable you to enjoy fresh air and indoor/outdoor living all year long... the unit itself is light and airy, with peekaboo views of the ocean as you walk in the door, Looking directly north provides you with spectacular sunset views. The lanai off the bedroom provides you with an amazing view of the mountains and the beautiful waterfalls that frequently grace the faces of the mountains. So whether you choose to relax in the living room, enjoy a meal at the dining table, or prepare your favorite dish in the well-stocked kitchen... There is plenty of space to settle in and truly relax and enjoy your vacation.

Our unit offers one master bedroom with king bed, one queen sofa sleeper, two full bathrooms, two private lanais, complete laundry facility within the unit, free unit exclusive internet, cable TV and DVD player, beach equipment, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Unlike many other properties in Princeville, there are additional amenities on property that make your stay a truly resort feel that completes this package.
These amenities include: two tennis courts, a pickle ball court, a half-court basketball court, two shuffleboard courts, a children’s playground, Two swimming pools, a hot tub for all, hot tub for adults only, and a putting green all round out the Cliffs amenities. There is so much more, from the full time concierge department along with fully functioning BBQ locations around the property and access to the oceanfront overlook to enjoy those spectacular Kaua'i sunsets.

Perfect Princeville Condo

This is an outstanding property. Two full bathrooms, separate bedroom with own lanai. Room for 4 with sleeper couch and full kitchen. Centrally located, we would definitely stay here again.

Truly a Gem!

We absolutely love getting to stay in this amazing condo at the Cliffs. Greg is a wonderful host and so kind, He was always willing to help us whenever we needed. The condo is fully equipped with everything you need along with beach gear. The amenities at the Cliffs are fabulous! We love the pool and the best part is walking out to the cliffs and seeing the beautiful sunset each night. It really is a home away from home…in paradise. We absolutely love Kauai and are so grateful to get to stay in this condo. We would highly recommend this space to anyone! We look forward to being back again next year! 🌺

Kauai Vacation

We have stayed at the Cliffs several times before this trip and have always had a great experience there, this was no exception. Fantastic place to stay. Greg was a great host and very good to communicate with. We arrived several hours before check in and they let us check in early which was very helpful. We would stay again.

Relaxing

It was a little rainy some days we stayed so we ended up spending more time than anticipated in the condo reading and playing games. We loved opening the two lanai doors to get an island breeze through the whole place. It was convenient to have a kitchen to make breakfast and lunches to take to the beach. Chairs, umbrellas, and coolers provided! Mahalo, Greg and Eva Marie! We loved spending time in your place!

Fabulous Vacation

We spent 9 days in this little gem in Princeville. The two balcony’s were fantastic. The back balcony has a beautiful mountain view and the birds came to visit us each morning. Greg and Eva Maria were great hosts and always provided timely responses. We would definitely stay again.

The location was very nice, I felt safe. the pool is in the small side, there is no beach access. its a beach view. there is no air conditioner so if you go late sept or oct you should be okay. there was fans in each room which helped. there is a parking fee of $10/night. the unit was clean nice and located near the pool. over all this place was nice

The unit was in a great location. Nice big bedroom with own lanai. there is a great breeze to cool off unit quickly with both bedroom and lanai doors open, breeze comes through. o Outdated furniture. Old towels. My friend went to sleep on sofa and we had no sheets for it in unit, but did have a pea stained mattress pad on it, so she slept on towels. Pillows were stained too. The next day we received clean pillows and sheets.

Another Great Stay!

Everything was great. Very clean and met expectations from the description. One tiny thing - the kitchen faucet sprays a little. A cleaning of the faucet head should take care of that. Relaxing on the lanai was wonderful. Thank you

Amazing stay!

The condo is amazing! It has everything to make your stay comfortable. The two outdoor lanais offered great views, a nice place to eat, and a cool breeze. The owners were wonderful to work with and made sure our stay was perfect. You will be sad to leave. We can't wait to return next year.

Joyful Living

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay! The view every morning from the lanai was delightful. The condo was clean and comfortable. It was also centrally located and I love ending my evenings watching the sunset near the cliffs. We also had fun at pool and riding bikes. All the other amenities were great. I also loved communicating with you! You were responsive, understanding, and kind. Mahalo for a lovely and memorable time. We will definitely book in the near future!!!

Absolutely beautiful location in Princeville on North Shore of Kauai. Unit is in Cliffs Resort which sits near the cliff-like shoreline. This unit was towards the back of the complex so could not see the ocean, but a 5 minute walk takes you to the cliffs on the ocean. Princeville is a 10-15 minute drive to Hanalei and about 30 min drive to Haena Park and Kalalau Trail. The unit itself was in good condition especially given its 40 year age, and had plenty of amenities. There is no heat or a/c as the breeze off the ocean provides the ventilation. The complex is a combination of hotel, private residence and timeshare. Staying there means you will be contacted about buying a timeshare (a minor annoyance). Also the abundance of feral chickens on Kauai means you will be awakened early to rooster crows early in the morning. There is much to see and do in the area especially for ocean, hiking or do-it-yourself sightseeing activities. Everything else is expensive since most things must be imported from off-island. Beaches and hiking are free, but food and tours are quite the opposite.

Absolutely wonderful

This place was a short walk to an ocean overlook. Place was exactly what we needed. Close to Hanalei Bay, amenities were lovely, and the vibe was delightful. I look forward to staying there on our next trip to Kauai

Pros: perfect communication with owner. beach chairs, buggy boards, beach umbrella in the condo. free resort amenities - tennis, pickle ball, basketball, bikes, pools, jacuzzi, small library; beautiful grounds with lush greens, ocean views 2 blocks away. good medium firm bed. Cons: Not much bothering but for FYI: older condo but still very clean. TV could have Netflix or other streaming, not just old cable. Be aware they started to charge $10/day parking fee which should be included in my opinion. Price matches the conditions and I would stay again.

Great place and property

Great, quiet even with construction next door - (they seemed very quiet and considerate.). Nice and private. Grounds are lovely, with chairs to relax with wonderful views. Very responsive and friendly host. Pool facilities are lovely and well-laid out to allow adults a quiet area separate from families with small children. A dated facility well built and retains charm and taste and reasonably priced. Could provide a bit more in kitchen - ware.

Amazing location

The rental is super clean and the hosts are very helpful. They provided lots of recommendations for anything I asked about. The amenities at the complex are fantastic and only a short walk. Would definitley stay here again.

Beautiful. spacious condo in a gorgeous complex

Hosts were very interested in making sure we felt welcome and that all was in order for a great experience. Layout of condo very spacious with 2 full bathrooms! Beautifully decorated. The grounds were very well maintained with spectacular views from property. Many amenities! We'll definitely consider returning for future visits.

North Shore Sunset Heaven

We loved staying at the Cliffs! Our friends stayed at the property the year prior, and we were in love with the sunset views. This was our 5th trip to Kauai and this stay had wonderful proximity to all the north shore activities we love. The view from the kitchen is gorgeous and private. We love cooking our own meals on the island and standing and cooking in the kitchen looking at the lush greenery was a highlight. The whole north shore lost power for a few hours one night, but we were able to go use the grills on the property, so the amenities came in handy. Having a 2nd bathroom was also excellent for cleaning up after hikes and beach days. Super comfortable and welcoming unit. Would absolutely stay again. Mahalo!

Large, comfortable, oceanside spot!

This place was larger than we expected, felt comfortably huge for two people (we definitely appreciated the extra space), but could easily see fitting at least 2 more adults comfortably. It really is an insane value! The property was beautiful with many amenities - some were bike rental on site, pool and fitness center that were normally empty, ample parking right in front of the room, and the hillside with hammocks and chairs for sunset over the ocean that was out of a movie. If you’re worried about no A/C, don’t be - opening the huge doors to the private lanais made it so breezy that we didn’t even use a fan. The hosts, Greg and Eva, we’re fantastic with answering any questions and providing an easy check-in/check-out process. We can’t wait to stay here again!
