The property was perfect except I didn’t expect there to be a long term renter on the property. The separation was good, it was very quiet and not a problem. If available, I will rent this place again and yes thumbs up.

The unit has its own private entrance and is completely separate from the main house. We always encourage our guests to read the entire property description before booking so they are familiar with all aspects of the home and there are no surprises upon arrival. We booked this house for a wedding we were attending Labor Day weekend in Los Gatos. The property was perfect for us, clean well equipped and the backyard was truly spectacular! Pam was great with communication, a very kind and welcoming host. We would absolutely book again in the future!

The host was a very quick and responsive communicator...I always appreciate that! The house was extremely clean and reflected the posted pictures. The highlight of the house is the stunning patio and backyard. We really enjoyed having our morning coffee there. The neighborhood is quiet and in a good location. We'd love to return to San Jose and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This was a beautiful home and pleasant stay. Thank you so much!The home was exactly as advertised. They have everything you need for an extended stay. The yard is an amazing oasis. The host was great and helpful.We will definitely keep here on our list of places to return to.

My family drove down to spend Thanksgiving and the home was perfect. The check in process could not be any easier and the home is beautiful. We ordered a premade turkey dinner that needed to be heated, and every possible plate, pot and utensil was available we needed for nothing. The beds were cozy, and the bathrooms were well stocked. Also, the neighborhood is nice and central to everything. We had such a great stay I highly recommend this place!

The host is very accommodating at this beautiful little house in San Jose. She is quick to respond to messages. The house is beautifully decorated. The back yard is a beautiful lush garden where one can relax and enjoy all the visual treats and surprises which live there. The house is clean and well cared for. I highly recommend I highly recommended this rental.

Great place to stay!

This was a great place to stay - great kitchen and backyard and the neighborhood was in a good location too. You're very close to the freeway and walking distance to groceries, Walgreens, and other shops. We would definitely stay here again and Pam was a great host!
