Thank you for your feedback Olivier, we were pleased to hear that you enjoyed the location and found the property suitable for your group. The condition around the windows is more so due to the aging of the wood trim rather than being from mould. The main bathroom itself having recently been fully renovated just before Winter this year. Regarding the hot water, we apologize for any inconvenience, the property uses an electric hot water cylinder, therefore we encourage mindful water consumption to ensure there is enough hot water for everyone. The photos for this listing are accurate as reflected in the price, Maxwell is a Scandinavian style Kiwi bach! Guests looking for a more modern style home are welcome to view our other listings or reach out to us to answer any queries. Unfortunately this is the first contact we have had from you so we were unable to check the door handle and rail upon your arrival, had you contacted us we would have had our Guest Services team to you within an hour. We are sorry that the property did not meet your expectations, however we believe the photography and rates accurately reflect the calibre of Maxwell Place. As we offer self-catering holiday homes, we do not provide pantry basics such as coffee or sugar, however previous guests will occasionally leave theirs behind, which you are welcome to use.
