The views are spectacular from all rooms! A few hiccups with front desk and getting reservations for restaurants. All in all it was a beautiful trip.

We had the most unbelievable vacation!! The perfect condo in the perfect resort! Super spacious condo and allowed our family to have a great gathering spot! Very easy process all the way!

Wonderful stay! Condo was amazing and perfect for our needs. Host responded quickly to any issues or questions. The wedding venue is right below the condo and there was a wedding one night but it made for great people watching!

Girls Birthday Trip

The condo was wonderful- excellent views and comfortable for the 4 of us with room to spare. Washer and dryer were extremely convenient. Close to the beach and adult pool.

Amazing view and location however wedding venue is directly below you and they are very very loud and after 4 weddings in a row, it becomes near unbearable.

Spectacular location

Stayed in this condo with some friends - it is located just steps from the pool and the beautiful beach. Meals on the patio listening to the ocean waves made our week so enjoyable. The optional All Inclusive is great for those that don't want to cook - we love to cook which made the option perfect for us. We would book it again!

Beautiful views, lovely condo

The condo is wonderful and just the right size for two independent women. The beach view cannot be beat. We had some trouble with resort amenities due to staying in a privately-owned condo. You can't use room service even if you pay for all inclusive. You can't make reservations online. The room number isn't on the list for towel checkout. The elevator wasn't working while we were there, which was challenging. But, the unit itself is fabulous and the owner is very responsive.

Great Condo.

We stayed in this condo with two other adult friends. The layout is terrific. The two bedrooms facing the ocean just can’t be beat. It was a 20 minute walk to Bucerias, which we did almost daily for dinner. The beach in front of the Condo is world class & you can literally walk for miles. Especially in the afternoon when the tide is out. We loved watching the sun go down and could see whales out in the bay on multiple occasions.The only reason I did not give it five stars is because there was four weddings out of the 14 days we were there right in front of our condo. We were happy for the couples, and the first wedding was kind of fun to watch. But the sound of dance music literally shook the condo until 11 at night. Thankfully like clockwork the music stopped at 11.There is lots of music and action in the pool. And the pools and grounds are really well done. But again, it can get really loud in the afternoon.Having settle of that, we happily recommend this place.

Fantastic Experience and Exceptional Views

From beginning to end, my family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The hotel grounds are very well maintained the beach is literally steps from your door. The condo itself is quite spacious, with a nice sized kitchen, and living room, along with 2 large bedrooms (both with unobstructed oceanfront views that open to balconies) and 2 generously sized bathrooms. The unit is on the 3rd floor which provides you with a good amount of privacy while still making it almost seem like you are on the beach when you are sitting out on the terrace. This was perfect for us because we didn't feel like we were missing out at all when our infant was napping and we could sit/sun bathe outside and enjoy people watching, the ocean, parasailers, etc. One thing to be aware of is that the hotel does host weddings outside directly in front of the condo building. There was only 1 wedding that occurred during our 9 day stay though, and to be honest, it was actually quite entertaining because you have a great vantage point to sit on the balcony and watch the festivities from above. The music was loud during the reception, but it promptly ended at 10pm. The town of Bucerias is a short walk down the beach and has some really great restaurants and bars. If you're looking for an oceanfront home base with panoramic ocean views and the convenience of both a full kitchen and optional all-inclusive, look no further. We will definitely be back.

Nice beachfront getaway

I had a really nice time staying at this property. The condo is just steps away from the beach and swimming pool. I liked that adding the All Inclusive package wasn't too expensive. The condo was spacious and water pressure was great in the showers. The balcony overlooked the beach. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioner worked really well. The 2nd door that entered the condo might need batteries but the front door seemed secure enough so I wasn't worried about the interior door working. The downside was having to go to the lobby and leave a deposit for a card to get a beach towel. The card is given to the person in charge who hands out the towels. There is a list of room numbers and since the condo is a timeshare they would have look through the list only to realize that the condo is not listed. This happened every day. The other downside was if you wanted to eat at one of the specialty restaurants guests would line up at the main lobby to make a reservation. The line lasted no less than 1 hr and some restaurants would get booked and i found myself just wasting time in that line. I also found that there was two tiers for alcoholic beverages. The more "expensive" alcohol was only available to guest with a black bracelet. I'm not sure how you one but i don't recall seeing anyone with one. We were fortunate to get a really great waiter on the 1st day & he was there every day of our stay and provided great service.

A great suite in a resort that wasn’t right for us

I was very influenced by the reviews when I was choosing this suite. I’m very surprised that our experience wasn’t reflected in the review and hope to give a bit more context to future guests. The good: The suite was just a pictured in the listing and was lovely. The view was phenomenal, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious, and the AC worked well.The bad: Most of our complaints relate to the resort, which the owner of the suite would have a hard time influencing. But I would note that we didn’t have hot water for most of our stay. 2 of us were able to have a hot shower on different mornings but in both cases the shower eventually turned scalding and we weren’t able to turn the heat down. All other showers were cold, which we kind of got used to. We alerted the property manager and she said that she’d work on it but nothing changed. I will also note that the listing said that there’s a gym but the property manager advised us that we would not have access to it. And we had planned to buy the all-inclusive option during our stay but were advised by the hotel that it would only be available for a couple of days.The resort is lovely, but I would advise potential guests to check Krystal Grand’s reviews and make sure that it’s right for them. We found the resort became unbearably loud from noon until after dinner. Sometimes we avoided the noise by moving to the balcony. Sometimes that didn’t work as there were events right outside the balcony.

Thank you for the review Leith. The hot water was a temporary resort-wide issue that has been resolved. Gym access is available to all guests — it is free with the all inclusive option and $5 USD per day without the all inclusive option. There are no restrictions to the all inclusive option. You can purchase it for as many days as you would like.

This is a wonderful condo. The staff at Krystal was perfect. Paloma, your assistant it was so good.

This was a great experience. We had a wonderful oceanfront room. The staff at Krystal was excellent. And Paloma was such a help. The beds are very comfortable The only thing I would suggest is to wash the sheets and towels with bleach. I bought laundry soap and I bleach. I left it for future use. Thank you so much for sharing your condo.

Great property

The owner and property manager were excellent to deal with; very personable. A few minor issues that cropped up ( ie TV Cable initially) were dealt with quickly and in an efficient manner (minimal disturbance).
