Spectacular Apartments by BCA offers spacious one bedroom, one bathroom furnished apartments in the vibrant Midtown neighborhood. Enjoy resort style amenities including an outdoor swimming pool and fitness center.

Your apartment features modern furnishings, premium bedding and linens, an in suite washer and dryer, dishwasher, and a fully equipped kitchen so you can prepare meals at home. Our simple virtual check-in process means you can arrive on your schedule without waiting for a front desk or key exchange.

Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service. Your comfort and a stress free stay are our top priorities.

FAQs and Important Stuff

Pets

We love four-legged guests! We can host up to 2 small-to-medium pets per unit. To get started, let us know your pet's breed, weight, and age at least 3 days before arrival via the Guest Check-in & Lodging Agreement. Please note that Pit Bulls, American Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, and Doberman Pinschers are not permitted.

Cats are welcome with prior written approval, but must be declawed. Clawed cats are not permitted due to furniture damage. Guests are responsible for the full replacement cost of any damage caused by their pet(s), regardless of whether the animal is a Registered Service Animal or Emotional Support Animal.

Pet fees are not included in your original booking price and are added after approval. Stays under 45 days are charged a one-time $55 fee. Stays of 45 days or more are charged $55 per month.

During your stay, please keep your pet from disturbing neighbors. If a scheduled cleaning is taking place, pets must be secured or removed from the unit for the duration. If an accident occurs, please notify us right away so we can help. Guests are responsible for all damage, soiling, or excessive hair left by their pet(s).

For licensed/registered service animals, please refer to the BCA Furnished Apartments website Terms & Conditions.

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification

All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and information provided is verified.

The minimum age to book a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.

Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:
- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie”

BCA Furnished Apartments reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to BCA Furnished Apartments.

Great place to stay and easy access to the freeways. Elevator was out of service for two separate days so that was a minor inconvenience going up the stairs

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at the Spectrum property. It is really close to Mid-town shops and restaurants.

Nice space!

Thanks for the amazing touches like leaving laundry pods and dish soap. It was so nice to really be able to use the apartment without having to do a full trip to target for essentials. A month at Spectrum BCA

We loved the place. We were looking for someplace to stay after arriving to the US from overseas until our proper apartment was ready. We were looking for someplace connected to Marta, a place that accepts pets and a place with gym and a pool. All of this was the apartment at Spectrum. Also it was clean, nicely equipped and the communication with guys from BCA very reliable. We would definitely recommend! Team BCA Response: Thank you so much for the kind words. 1270 Spring St Atlanta Georgia

The unit was very nice and the building is excellent. Both exceeded expectations. The location is convenient to downtown. My only issue was with the key fobs needed to gain entry to the building and elevators. Mine did not work. They were replaced within 24 hrs of reporting the issue. However, the replacements never worked for the front door. It was a minor inconvenience Team BCA Response: Thank you for letting us know that after we replaced your building FOB the first time it still was not working. We were able to get it working again. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused during your stay. We are glad to hear that otherwise you enjoyed your time with us. Safe travels and we hope to see you again soon.

Second Stay with BCA

I had a great week long stay at their 1 bedroom Spectacular Suites. I previously stayed at their Brookwood Courtyard Condominiums for 3 weeks. Both locations are immaculate and the check in/out process was a breeze! Walking in, the air and lights were on and welcoming, especially after a long drive. The bedrooms are spacious and clean, linens were comfortable and freshly washed. The bathroom was HUGE and had plenty of towels and complimentary toiletries. I spent plenty of mornings on my balcony looking out at the inner courtyard, and afternoons swimming in the pool. The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances and dish-ware I could ever need. Internet was speedy and there were multiple TVs in the apartment as well. During my stay, I spoke with both Alex and Michael who were always courteous and available to help with any questions I had.
