This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom villa is spacious and bright with marble floors and air conditioning throughout. There is a double size sofa bed available! The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances and granite counters. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large pantry area equipped with washer and dryer. The glass table in the dining area seats 6-8 people comfortably. Both the living and dining area have access to a private terrace with a fan to keep you comfortable on those hot days and nights. With a touch of Mexican decor, the living area provides a comfortable seating area with sky satellite TV, DVD player, and a stereo surround system.

Additional services: The guest bedroom is on the ground floor, with 2 queen size beds and a full private bath. The master bedroom is located on the second floor, with a king size bed, private terrace, walk-in closet and a full private bathroom. The master terrace overlooks the garden area and cenote-style pool below. Upon request and availability we can offer you an in house cook, private taxi, shuttle van, excursions, nanny service and an in house masseuse.
