LUXURY 8750 SQ FT VILLA 5 BEDROOM 7 BATH WITH PREMIER LOCATION TO BEACH AND TOWN

Villa Santa Fe is the sister property to Villa Francisco #284641 our other 5 star property located in the same compounded private, gated and secure property. It is comprised of 5 bedrooms with king size beds and three with jacuzzi tubs and has seven 7 bathrooms. The Villa also has a steam room. We have a large heated infinity pool with a waterfall, and 4 interior waterfalls, 2 bars, a gourmet kitchen, a large bbq area with stainless steel bbq and rotisserie, wireless internet, bluetooth sound system, 5 smart tv's with blue -ray, 4 balconies off of the bedrooms, and a water purification system, we offer a spectacular view of the town, beach, jungle and the bay. We are in a prime location as we are directly above the Blue Chairs and Mantamar resorts and los muertos beach(the most famous and popular beach in Puerto vallarta) a 10 minute walk and minutes from the historical area, shopping, restaurants ,the Malecon, the beach and all tourist activities. Our rates include a 5 star chef, sous chef,full service maid 6 days per week, a gardener/poolman and a concierge service. Our chef service includes any two meals per day i.e.; breakfast and dinner or lunch and dinner, food and beverage costs are not included in the chef services and she presents actual cost receipts for all purchases. There is a $30.00 per day service/shopping fee and must be paid in cash USD or pesos. There is a $20 per person, per meal, charge for extra invited guests above 10 as well as a $50 per night fee for additional guests who stay over. We also provide safes in every bedroom for guests money and valuables. Our concierge will contact you a few weeks prior to your arrival and send you a pre arrival list of available activities and general Puerto Vallarta information. It will ask for your arrival times, names of guests, airline info and airport pickup if requested and any other information pertinent to your stay. We provide fresh flowers throughout the villa as well as robes for all of our guests. Please review all 35 pictures as well as our reviews for more information. Great property and great stay!

We had an excellent stay at the property, and would recommend it! Richard and Tina were very accommodating, and their staff were also excellent. We were very impressed with the meals and thoroughly enjoyed the different menu options we got to experience.

Perfect Trip

We stayed at Villa Santa Fe for a big birthday weekend. It was perfect. The villa is beyond exceptional and the service and food were terrific. The team went above and beyond with our requests to make it so memorable for the whole group.The whole weekend exceeded expectations.We can’t wait to come back!

Paradise in PV

Paradise in Puerto Vallarta

It's hard to describe such a fabulous experience! The house is amazing. The view of the city is the "Best" in Vallarta; and chef Tina prepares meals that are better than some of the top restaurants. No matter what you needed, Tina could provide it. Richard and Tina were wonderful hosts!!

Gay gaggle getaway

Our group of 10 just loved this house! Richard and his team did a superb job making a beautiful stay for us in his beautiful house and location, starting with fresh guac and margaritas when we arrived. This is now our favorite spot in PV to stay with a larger group!

Amazing villa with great staff and food

Staying at Villa Santa Fe was the highlight of our vacation in Puerto Vallarta. The food was excellent. The staff and service were friendly, courteous and easy going. Our questions/issues were handled professionally and the team was eager to make our stay as enjoyable and fun as possible. As always, communicate proactively with the staff to avoid surprises.

Couples Adult Retreat Getaway :)

Thank you Richard and Tina for a lovely week in your Villa Santa Fe Home! Richard, your Margarita's were better than we've ever tasted, and Tina, your humor, wit and 5-Star Meals & Presentation was Over the Top!! We had 5 Couples which was perfect for this 5-Bedroom, All-Suite Home!! We had a GREAT time with many wonderful memoris and will definitely be back!

Great Get away!

The property is the great, excellent staff, and the pool was amazing! The one downside is the property is up a very large steep hill, so be prepared if you have anyone elderly or out of shape, even some of the Ubers wouldn't take us up the hill to get to the house, and there were no stairs so driveway it is. The property Manager was great, and set up all our events that were outside the city with transportation, Staff and Cook were great and were able to accommodate our group request. Great week get away!

Beautiful

What an amazing stay. We were a large group of 10 and I can’t Raven enough about what a wonderful stay we had. The booking process was seamless, check-in was great and easy, and even cocktails upon our arrival. All of the attention to detail does not go unnoticed by us. Chef Tina and her staff were sweet and friendly with great food. Last-minute requests by our crazy group or for filled with ease. Thanks for an amazing vacation and we look forward to coming back and staying with you.

Amazing property - this place has it all!

Views, pool, comfortable luxury, the food - absolutely incredible! This was our second visit to Villa Santa Fe - we got married here 3 years ago - this time we were celebrating a 50th Birthday! From the warm welcome at our arrival to the fond farewells at our departure, it was a week to remember. Chef Tina did it again and went above and beyond to ensure that everyone had the best possible experience - her meals are amazing down to every little detail, including the coconut rice served in actual coconuts. Several weeks later and everyone is still talking about the food. We will definitely be back!

Another wonderful stay!

This is our third stay at Richard’s property and every year is as great as the last - if not better! We are always welcomed with fresh guacamole and margaritas and feel immediately relaxed and welcome. The meals were absolutely amazing. My personal favorite was the coconut shrimp. The villa itself is breathtaking and all of the rooms are spacious and very well appointed. The staff made it extra special one night by hosting a 20 person(!) meal on the pool deck for Valentines Day. We had friends staying at the neighboring villa who joined us that night. Everything was perfect...agains...and we are thinking of visiting again next year! Book this villa for a truly wonderful, luxurious, tasty and decadent stay in PV!

The property is very nice. The staff was disappointing. The concierge and head chef appeared too busy or uninterested. The only people who were helpful were the two sisters who did all the cooking and presenting. The house was very nice, the staff did not appear to be happy being there. It definitely affected my attitude.

Amazing!

What an incredible experience from the moment of the booking until we arrived home Richard (owner) and Toni (concierge) made everything so easy. The home is beyond beautiful and the view is incredible. Chef Tina cooks everything to perfection and her assistant Alex is also an incredible Chef. There is nothing that Tina can’t make and just when you think she has out done herself she does it again. Toni took care of booking any activities we wanted to do down to making sure we had transportation to and from each one. We enjoyed the activities but honestly never wanted to leave the house because everything we needed was right there. 5 star service the entire trip. Can’t wait to go back!

Simply the Best

When you walk through the grand doors. When you meander around the lovely fountains. When you marvel at the gorgeous views. And when you walk out to the pool and see PV and the Pacific unfold in every direction below, you know you're in a very special place. Indeed this villa is a very special place. I've never been anywhere like it. The owner Richard has made a castle on the cliffs and we enjoyed every delicious day with our group of guys. And the staff on hand included our Chef Tina who took care of us as if we were her own family. And with food her and her staff made that cannot be equalled at the finest restaurants in PV. Every meal was special. My memories of our days here will last forever.

Great way to experience Puerto Vallarta

We had a great time. The property was everything we had hoped for. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were great with plenty of space. The customer service makes this place unique. Toni and the staff are so responsive. They respond immediately. It was so convenient and helpful having Toni arrange transportation for us. She even helped us order pizza one afternoon. The chef prepared the best dishes. It was so nice waking up to breakfast on the patio. They even made breakfast the day we departed. The staff are so nice and helpful. We really had the best time. It was clean, safe, beautiful, and convenient. This is a great property to experience.

Incredible views of the town and bay, fabulous food and attentive, friendly hosts!

Richard, Tina and Toni all made our experience an unforgettable one. The villa is beautiful and luxurious: each bedroom is unique and comfortable. As other reviews have said, the lower bedrooms can be noisy because of the street traffic, but this was minor at best! Especially compared to all the staff offered us. Having breakfast and dinner prepared for us was wonderful - and the food fresh and delicious. The staff truly takes pride in providing the best care for their guests. The villa allows guests easy access to all Puerto Vallarta has to offer; beaches, shops and restaurants are all close by, but the villa also feels very private. Truly the best of both worlds! One thing to note- the internet access was a bit spotty, so if you're coming to the villa intending to work remotely it's something to consider. Our group recommends leaving the work at home and allowing Richard and Tina to do what they do so well: provide an amazing atmosphere for a spectacular vacation! Bachelor Party Week

I have very mixed feeling about my stay.... There were a number of issues that were addressed directly with the property manager at the end of my stay that I hope they will address with future guests. Issues Addressed: - There was no hot water for the majority of our stay - Complete random strangers, roamed into the property unannounced on one of the days. Somehow they were let into the security gate by property owners - Plumbing Issues - Daily laundry service was not facilitated as agreed upon - Poor Wifi Connectivity - None of the activities requested in advance to book were booked or any effort made to do so - We requested the use of the golf cart on property to get up and down the 150ft driveway leading up to the villa. Our requests were never responded to and getting in and out of the property was quite the workout each time - There was a large amount of ants in and around the property As mentioned, the above issues were addressed directly with the property manager at the end of our stay. The owner and property manager did make an effort to rectify some of the issues with a nominal concession/reduction in food/beverage costs.

Another truly exceptional vacation!

This is my second stay at a property owned by Richard. Last time I stayed at Villa Francisco (next door) and was blown away. This time I was with a much larger group and we stayed at both Villa Francisco and Villa Santa Fe. Villa Santa Fe is an incredible place! Very spacious and luxurious with all the amenities you could want. We spent the majority of the stay just relaxing around the inviting pool and outdoor living spaces. Soaking in the sun and gazing at the incredible views was a sure fire way to recharge. All of the bedrooms are very nice, spacious, and well appointed. And although I was in the incredible master bedroom, I admit I was a bit jealous of the ocean view room on the lower level with it's complete privacy and hammock on balcony with views of the city and ocean! LOL. As nice as the property is, what really sets it apart in my mind is the incredible team. A couple of times we requested joint meals between both villas (14 people) and even a reception instead of dinner one evening (25-30 people). No request was too challenging for the capable crew. All meals were incredible and left everyone more than pleased. I can't say enough about the team. They are the reason a "good vacation" is an exceptional and memorable one! Can't wait to go back!!

I am originally from Seattle Washington and left seattle in 1962 to pursue my career. I moved to Puerto Vallarta for the laid back life style,the great weather and friendly people.
