However, we’re truly sorry that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and we’re proud that many of our guests praise the cleanliness of our space as one of our strengths. We work with a professional cleaning service to ensure everything is fresh and ready for each guest, and we’ll review your comments to make sure our high standards are consistently maintained. Regarding the tokens for the laundry system, we understand how this could have been inconvenient. As the building’s laundry facilities are managed externally, tokens are required, but we will explore ways to assist future guests in accessing them more easily. We also appreciate your feedback on the pillows and bed. Guest comfort is incredibly important to us, and we’ll carefully evaluate these items to see if replacements or upgrades are necessary to enhance the overall experience. Your honest review helps us improve, and we deeply regret that your stay fell short of what you expected. En cuanto al lavado de ropa, queremos aclarar que el edificio cuenta con un sistema de lavandería manejado por tokens, pero no somos responsables de la gestión de estos.
