This property was fantastic. We have stayed in this development (different units) for each of the past four years, primarily due to the access to the private beach club, as we love the snorkeling there, and my son really loves that Foodland! Communication with the owner was fantastic. The property was comfortable, spacious, and well-appointed. The view from the lanai towards Mauna Kea is great. Just be aware that the property doesn't provide standard bottles of shampoo (there were a few travel tubes of shampoo) and conditioner, so you might want to bring your own, or buy some on the island.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to make our trip enjoyable and relaxing.We especially appreciated all of the thoughtful extras the hosts provided. There was a great selection of beach gear, well stocked kitchen supplies, games, and helpful reading materials with plenty of ideas and recommendations for things to see and do around the island. Those little touches made it feel like the hosts genuinely wanted their guests to have a wonderful experience.The location was fantastic, close to restaurants, shopping, and some beautiful beaches, which made getting around incredibly convenient.As expected with a tropical location, there was some minor pest activity during our stay, but this was understandable given the climate and did not take away from our overall experience.Overall, we had a wonderful time and would absolutely love to stay here again. It was a great home base for exploring the island, and we appreciated how much thought was put into making guests feel comfortable and prepared to enjoy their vacation!Mahalo!

Mauna Lani is a quiet neighborhood close to lovely pools, beaches, and walking paths. We enjoyed coffee and the sunrise over Mauna Kea each morning from the lanai. The condo was clean and well equipped for cooking, relaxing, and beach outings. Heidi and Vince had everything there for us. We also met very friendly neighbors and visiting guests.

One of our favorite places to stay ever!!! This house was beyond lovely! The host has thought of everything-even all the spices and things you need for cooking at home. We didn't want to leave. The beds were comfy, kitchen was stocked, and views of the mountain were AMAZING! It was peaceful and serene. There was plenty of room to spread out and the lanai was fabulous. Enjoyed watching the birds every morning. Super clean. Communication was superb. Can't think of anything that would have made our stay any better. If I could give Alohae, Heidi, and Larry an 11, I would! Mahalo!

Family Getaway to the Big Island

Our family met in Hawaii. Some came from Illinois and others from Alaska. We had a lovely visit and the accommodations made it absolutely enjoyable. We LOVE to cook together and this kitchen did not disappoint. The local beaches and pools were just perfect for all the ages present. Plenty or shopping and local parks too.

Family Vacation w/ Children

My family and I had a wonderful stay here! the place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We really enjoyed eating out on the lanai and relaxing in the rocking chairs, watching the birds and palm trees. Heidi and her property manager, Larry, were both very knowledgeable about the area and were quick to respond to questions.

Perfect Family Getaway - Our Home Away from Home

From the moment we arrived, we were filled with Aloha. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was spacious enough for our family to relax without feeling crowded, and the thoughtful touches made it feel warm and welcoming.The location couldn't have been better - just a short drive to the beach and easy walking trails in the neighborhood. Walked to the Mauna Lani shops for morning coffee and acai bowls! The neighborhood is peaceful and safe.Truly, this is the perfect home away from home, and we are already planning our next stay! Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful property that my wife and I enjoyed for our 41st anniversary. It was very private and quiet unlike a few of the other places we have stayed on the big island ! The view of Mauna Key in the morning at sunrise was spectacular ! Worth the price of admission !

Family vacation on the Big Island

Just came back from spending a week on the Big Island. We had a wonderful time and loved this unit. It was the perfect size for a family of 5. It had everything we needed, and Larry was very responsive and helpful! We’ll be back!

Bird Paradise

Clean, comfortable and very well equipped. Even had spices in the cabinet and a few condiments in the refrigerator. Loved the outdoor patio experience. The bbq area was really nice and wind protected. The bird watching was amazing. Even had a view of the 5th hole of the Mauni Lani N. Golf Course and Mauni Kea. Great place We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing getaway

We had such a great time staying here. The condo was gorgeous! The access to the private beach was heaven. Everything we needed at our fingertips. Larry was very nice and available if we needed anything. Would recommend this to anyone looking to travel to the big island. Thank you so much!

Repeat Trip!

Well-appointed home including the kitchen. Can NOT beat the fabulous view of Mauna Kea from the lanai and the lush landscaping between the property and the golf course. Second time staying here with our two grown boys. Plenty of space, easy to access and communicate with property manager. Love the access to Mauna Lani Beach club, proximity to Fairmont and the neighboring beach park.

We wanted to share our home and a little paradise with others, and you will find that we have accommodated almost everything you could wish for, and we are always looking for suggestions to make your experience even better. Our property manager Larry is onsite and greets you in person to make sure you know where everything is and have a real person to talk to locally for questions and vacation ideas. You will always have great service and fast response should you need anything.

You are only a few steps away from the Fairmont Orchid. The beauty of our 500 sf Lanai, where you can see Mauna Kea beyond the golf course, lava fields, and swaying palms, is why we chose this Kulalani townhome. And we looked at many, for years. Because it is one of only a few units tucked further towards the golf course, and beautifully landscaped, there is a kind of privacy that only this home enjoys. You will enjoy the morning sunrise and cool afternoon shade while enjoying the beautiful landscape. The living and dining furnishings are brand new. Master bedroom is king size, mattresses are top of the line Beautyrest Black. Hawaiiana style decor and local art are designer touches. Each bedroom is special. As scenic and removed from the hustle and bustle as we are, we've still equipped this home with more modern conveniences than you will find in rental homes. WIFI DSL Internet, HDTV with Premium Channels like HBO and Showtime and ON-Demand with DVR included at no extra cost. Most rentals still have analog cable with standard definition TV. Local Phone with free unlimited calling to US and CANADA.
