Excellent service all round, beautiful villa and great at keeping in touch and updating us. Although we appreciate the high level of maintenance on the property it was slightly off putting having workmen, pool men, gardeners come around every day when we wanted some private time to sunbathe. Would love to return and highly recommend.

Great stay!

Brilliant villa with immaculate pool and gardens. Private access to lagoon right behind the garden gives a very different dimension to the stay. Fully private and quiet yet close to downtown hub of El Gouna. The owner is highly efficient and supportive answering numerous questions prior to our stay and helped with car-hire etc, over and above expectations. Will almost certainly return soon.

Happy Days

We had a very happy time. No issues at all with the holiday. Beautifully organised by the host and the agent - both very attentive and the house had everything that we needed. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing villa

A fantastic villa in a lovely peaceful location easy to get tuc tucs to get around spent lots of lazy days by the pool .Dive people picked us up to go diving. The villa has everything you need spotless inside we arranged for cleaners to come in half way through the holiday. .the outside space is lovely the pool was fantastic! Grandchildren loved it , Kept clean everyday by the pool man 😊 communication with the owner was brilliant gave all the information we needed . Would love to stay again, highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the Villa and wished we could stay for longer. It is very comfortable and spacious. All the rooms just as described. The kitchen had everything you need. The highlight for everyone was the beautiful outdoor space and the pool. Danielle was so kind and helpful. Groceries, shops and beaches are not walking distance, but it is easy to order and cab or tuc tuc and a short ride away. A lovely place to escape and relax, we hope to visit again.

AMAZING

We absolutely loved staying here!! Nothing could have been more perfect! The view! The pool! The kitchen! The location! The check- in process! It was a little chilly when we arrived and they already had the pool heated. It is close to dive shops and they will pick you up, close to the marina and shopping. Plus so quiet and relaxing. Thank you for sharing this amazing place with us!!!

Everything was wunderful !

The villa was equipped with everything needed for a big family stay. Everything was fully functional and convenient, and had a very nice surprise to be able to follow the champions league matches on my favorite channels. Getting the pool heating on was very good decision and highly recommended ! Ulrich is very friendly and helpful, and everything was as promised and as shown in photos , so we were very happy to stay at his Villa and definitely recommend it !

Recommended

This was our second stay so we were familiar with the villa. Everything was exactly as listed and pre-arrival contact with the owner was timely and comprehensive. The local management company are very helpful and responded quickly to any queries. The villa is really well equipped with everything you need, plus much that we didn't! The addition of a water filter/heater was great. The area is quiet and feels secure. It is approx 40 minute walk to the downtown area or just 35 Egyptian pounds for a tuc-tuc. Hope to return again next year.

Wonderful vacation

We visited the villa last October and it was our first time in El Gouna. Our vacation was amazing. The house was beautiful and clean and the area was great as well. We had breakfast at the terrace daily and we enjoyed it very much, especially with the view. The week before our trip to El Gouna, Ulrich contacted us and informed us about our stay which was very useful. Everyday a poolman cleanes the swimmimgpool and there even was also a Nespresso coffee machine! In downtown El Gouna there are a lot of spots where you can have nice dinners and where you can shop. The villa has further all the equipments you need. We made a lot of memories and we hope to be back one day. Thank you so much for the wonderful vacation!

Lovely Vacation !

I stayed in the villa with my family for the Christmas and New Year’s vacation. We had the place for ourselves for 10 days. This was a very lovely vacation for all of us. Communication with Ulrich was smooth and clear. The property manager was attentive and addressed all of our needs promptly. The place itself is wonderful and exactly as advertised. If you love cooking ( like we do) you’ll be happy to find that the kitchen is equipped with everything (2 different coffee machines, toaster, sandwich maker, microwave, proper gas cooker and all the needed utensils). Also, you have a very nice outdoor grill with all the tools you may need. The washing machine worked perfectly well the dryer needed to be fixed but Daniela from the property management got it fixed promptly. A nice gesture was to provide few simple things which made our life easier and made us enjoy our time even more ( e.g. sufficient good quality detergents for clothes and dishwasher , aluminum foil and plastic wraps, spices, tea and sugar...etc) simple and thoughtful. The TV worked fine and you have the OSN subscription 👍. You can also login to Netflix if you have an account. The internet speed was decent however, can get better. The pool was lovely and got cleaned daily. If you are coming in winter ask the property management to heat it before you arrive for a small extra fee. It’s worth it😀. We are Egyptians and regular travelers to ElGouna and this is the first time we do not stay in a hotel due to the COVID-19 situation but we all agreed that this might be a better option going forward given how much we enjoyed our time and privacy. We’ll be coming again hopefully in the spring😉

Fantastic villa - perfect for a totally chilled holiday

We had an amazing 10 days at the villa in El Gouna. The villa was absolutely perfect for us as we wanted somewhere peaceful, secluded and pretty to have total relaxation after a very busy and stressful year. The villa is beautiful and great for families or a group of friends. We were a family of 4 for 5 days and 6 for 5 days and there was plenty of space. The beds were comfy and the bathrooms are excellent with great walk in showers. We used the guest house as well for my nephew who was on crutches so he didn't have to go up and down many steps. The villa is really well equipped so there wasn't anything we needed to bring such as towels etc. Communication with the owner and the management company beforehand was efficient, helpful and friendly which made me really confident about the stay. The management company were helpful throughout the stay if we needed anything. We arranged for a cleaner to come every day for an hour which meant that everywhere stayed clean and the only thing we needed to do was put the dishwasher on. I recommend future visitors book an hour or 2 as it is great value for tourists, provides employment for locals and means you can just be thoroughly relaxed. The pool was cleaned daily and is perfect for people who want total privacy. We brought some inflatables with us and it was wonderful chilling in the pool with a book. Talking of books there is a little library of books to read; mainly German but also some English. We tended to have breakfast at the villa, hang out by the pool and then go into town to eat in the evening. There are plenty of places to eat in and all are very reasonably priced if you are a foreign tourist. A meal for 6 with soft drinks was about £45/£50 and portion sizes are big. A supermarket shop of basics from Best Way consisting of some boxes of water, bag of ice, lots of soft drinks, eggs, butter, bread, cheese and some snacks was less than half what it would have cost at home. We visited the supermarket on the first day but after that ordered over the phone. Taking taxis to downtown El Gouna is easy and cheap (between LE25 and LE40) but there is also a bus stop right next to the Phase 5 entrance. If you are staying for a week or more and want to venture out from the villa I highly recommend a day trip to Mahmya. The beach is beautiful and is great for snorkelling. If you get lucky on the boat ride there, which my husband did, you get to see dolphins! Enjoy your visit!

Traumhaft

Dies war nun bereits unser vierter Aufenthalt in der traumhaften Villa. Auch dieses Mal war alles perfekt. Kommunikation, Transfer, Sauberkeit der Villa, Pool, Garten, Küche/Küchengeräte, sehr bequeme Betten etc.... Es gibt nur Positives zu sagen und wir hoffen, dass wir in einem Jahr eine fünfte Bewertung abgeben können :-)

Besser geht nicht

Sehr netter Vermieter der sich noch wirklich um seine Gäste kümmert. Das Haus ist Top aber etwas abseits des Geschehens. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und man kann richtig gut am Pool enspannen. Zu Fuss erreicht man Downtown in etwas mehr als eine halbe Stunde. Oder man ruft nen TukTuk und ist innerhalb ein paar Minuten dort. Alle wichtigen Infos zum Haus und El Gouna bekommt man vom Vermieter vorab per Mail. Auf Wunsch regelt er auch den Transfer vom Flughafen. Gerne wieder.

Perfekter Urlaub im Traumhaus!!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Villa. Das Haus ist wirklich ein Traum. Ulrich hat uns schon im Vorfeld mit jeder Menge Tipps über Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufen, Essen gehen und Transportmöglichkeiten versorgt. Daniela von der Agentur Magic hat sich wunderbar um alles gekümmert und hat immer sofort auf Fragen geantwortet, sogar mitten in der Nacht! Da sie deutsch spricht, war die Kommunikation natürlich wunderbar. Auch kurzfristig konnte uns Daniela immer eine Transportmöglichkeit für 5 Personen organisieren. Tuktuks kosten für eine Fahrt 50 LE, das sind knapp 1€. Am besten klappt es wenn man vor zur Hauptstraße läuft und dort einfach kurz wartet bis eins vorbei kommt. Das klappt immer. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Wunderschöne Wohlfühl-Villa

Die Villa war ein Traum- genau wie auf den Bildern und wie Beschrieben. Besonders toll fanden wir die vielen hilfreichen Informationen vorab. Jeder Kontakt von Poolboy bis Agentur waren äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle gerne wieder!

Herrlich

Wir durften nun schon unseren dritten Urlaub in dieser herrlichen Villa verbringen und es soll noch lange nicht der letzte gewesen sein. Wie beide Male zuvor, war auch dieses Jahr alles perfekt. Die Villa wird in einem top Zustand gehalten und ist immer sehr gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist 1A und die Agentur vor Ort absolut zuverlässig. Da wir dieses Jahr teilweise während den ägyptischen Ferien vor Ort waren und das Städchen entsprechend voll war, wollten wir uns nicht ins Getümmel stürzen und haben sowohl ein paar Mal Einkäufe, wie auch feines Essen aus den Restaurants bequem ins Haus liefern lassen. Die Yala Order App ist sehr bedienerfreundlich und es klappt einwandfrei. Alkoholhaltige Getränke bestellt man am besten über die website cheersegypt.com. Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt.

Perfekt

Wir durften nun schon zum zweiten Mal die wunderbare Villa geniessen und es war erneut herrlich. Im Vorfeld versorgt einen der Vermieter mit hilfreichen Infos und vor Ort klappt dank "Magic" alles optimal. Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt und top ausgerüstet. Der beheizte Pool ist ein highlight und wer etwas intensiver schwimmen will, überquert einfach mal die Laguna. Fazit: einfach alles perfekt.
