Welcome to Spray and Pray Lodge, a one-of-a-kind historic church converted into a private pheasant hunting lodge in Eureka, South Dakota.

Located in the heart of South Dakota pheasant country, Spray and Pray Lodge was built for hunting groups, friends, and families looking for more than just a place to sleep. With 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, and accommodations for up to 10 guests, there’s plenty of room for the entire crew.

The heart of the lodge is the incredible former church sanctuary, with soaring vaulted ceilings, original arched windows, the church steeple, and a huge open gathering area. After a day chasing roosters, come back to the lodge, cook a big dinner, watch the game, play cards, tell a few lies about the birds you almost got, and enjoy the evening together.

The combination of private bedrooms and bunk-style accommodations makes the lodge especially well suited for hunting parties. The full kitchen lets your group handle everything from an early-morning hunter’s breakfast to steaks and a big dinner after the hunt, while three full bathrooms make mornings much easier with a full crew.

Reopening April 1: 100+ year-old church refurbished to a home. Sits on an acre of land on the outskirts of town but still within city limits.



Spacious 18 x 18 sf kitchen with large picture windows for viewing the beautiful countryside. Range, side-by-side refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher included. Propane forced air heat and A/C for the summer. Formal dining area and large living area. Lots of windows for light with blackout blinds perfect for watching movies. Convenient staircase added for easy access to bedrooms. Great Wifi TV. Be sure and read the comments from prior guests.
