Excellent place for a family vacation with well appointed bedrooms and communal spaces. The pool area and garden with sea views are fantastic. Plenty of off-road parking. (We had four cars). A few bars and restaurants within walking distance, but transport is advisable to fully appreciate the area. The beaches are within a short distance with loungers and beach bar. Would definately stay here again.

We spent a week at Limonia from the end of September to early October. There were nine of us and the property is simply superb. Facilities are perfect with lots of attention to detail for everything guests might need. The outdoor areas are stunning including a pool (with lots of sun loungers) that is maintained several times a week and a BBQ area with all the necessary tools and equipment. We loved the self-catering aspect but also enjoyed eating at the local Theta restaurant which is a stone’s throw away. Communication with both the host and management company was prompt and efficient at all times. You definitely do need a car if nothing else to get to the fabulous Alpha Mega supermarket which is 10 minutes away. Despite being only 15 minutes away from the airport and Larnaca, Limonia is a peaceful oasis by the sea. Definitely missing our daily beach walks and mornings gazing at the glorious sunrises.

This was our 4th time staying at Limonia and we had 3 weeks of bliss. My 6 grandchildren loved the pool and didn't really want the holiday to end - it was great that we felt so safe here. All our needs were met - comfortable beds, plenty of storage, lots of bathrooms (particularly valued the outdoor shower), a great BBQ which we used a lot and all the other amenities which made this a home from home. Communication with the host and the managing agents was good and any minor issues which arose were swiftly dealt with, eg a stiff gate to the pool. We appreciated the frequent garden trimming and pool maintenance taking place very early in the morning which meant we weren't disturbed from using them at all. We wanted peace and tranquility, away from tourist areas so that we could enjoy family time and that is exactly what Limonia offers. We hired cars for our whole stay there so that we could access attractions and the many shops in Kiti that stocked all our needs - good supermarkets and bakeries, the children particularly enjoyed the ice cream shops! Further afield, I'd recommend a trip to the Larnaca Mall which has a large range of shops and the large warehouse called Jumbo which is a child's dream and so cheap! We were so settled into our lives at Limonia, we all agreed adjusting back to ordinary life back in the UK was hard, even yesterday, one of my granddaughters sighed and said 'I miss Cyprus ' and she's only 3! God willing, we'll be back!

We had an amazing time staying in this modern Cypriot home. The property was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, with a stunning swimming pool and easy beach access — the best of both worlds. Communication with the property managers was excellent throughout; they were friendly, responsive, and really went the extra mile to make our stay special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway in Cyprus!

Very relaxing holiday

The villa was amazing and had everything we needed. It is a little remote with not much around it, but we had a car, which is defo needed for eating out, getting groceries, exploring the island, etc. Marina was very helpful and prompt at replying to my emails.

What a nice house and location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Limonia! The location was fantastic, the house was spacious and comfortable (both indoors and outdoors), and the manager Marina was ready to resolve any issues that came up. Given the opportunity, we will definitely stay again at Limonia!

Family villa

Very good family villa in an ideal location for beach. The pool area was also great for kids and adults. There is one good restaurant within a short walk and a couple of beach snack bars within walking otherwise the other amenities are a short drive away

Limonia Heaven

Fantastic villa in a great location. A little remote if you want town action but we had cars so only a short drive to the lovely village of Kiti or the bustling Larnaca. Host Marina was responsive and helpful when needed. Would definitely stay again

Great views

Nice place. Not luxurious but great views. You need a car to get everywhere. Although lovely restaurant you can walk to.

Lovely family villa

The villa was lovely. The pool was excellent and very close proximity to the beach. Lots of space both inside and out. Quiet resort but a great place to be able to relax with the family. Would definitely recommend renting a car as supermarkets/shops are not in walking distance.

Wonderful villa in Pervolia

We had a very enjoyable stay at Limonia. The villa had everything we needed for our stay, the rooms were comfortable, everything was lovely and clean. The pool and garden were fantastic and we enjoyed being so close to the beach. The location was really peaceful which is just what we wanted but does mean you really need to have a car to get to shops, restaurants etc. Marina was a fantastic host, all communication was brilliant before, during and after our stay. We hope to stay again in the future.

It was a relaxing holiday

We had a fantastic family holiday here. The house was spacious and clean. It's situated in a quiet location that suited us perfectly. The outdoor space was ideal: terrace dining, a heated swimming pool (we paid for heating, as it was early April), a quick stroll to the beach, and breathtaking views. Marina, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this place!

The villa is beautiful and the view is amazing. However the patio was insufficiently shaded.The air conditioning units need upgrading. They were noisy and not adequately cooling of the bedrooms

Regarding the air-conditioning units, all but 2 have been replaced in the last 2 years, are regularly serviced and we have not had any other guests reporting issues. Had we known this, we would have sent our engineer immediately. Such a lovely villa

An amazing villa in a beautiful location. Marina was very helpful on arrival and couldn’t help us enough in planning everything on the lead up to our trip. Really didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to go back. The maintenance team during our stay were also very helpful. Honestly can’t recommend highly enough

The most perfect location

When you walk out of the lounge area through the doors and see the view...its just breathtaking!! A large property with ample space and amenities...perfect for the 10 of us. Wonderful location, stunning pool...it was our 2nd visit and it will most definitely not be our last!! Great dialogue with the owner when needed....respectful management staff who attended for pool maintenence and gardening Just perfect!
