Steps from the water, firepit, large yard, family friendly

The large, 6 bedroom, 2 bath home can comfortably sleep up to 18 people in beds. With two living rooms (one with new furniture in 2020) and 2 dining rooms, there is ample space to spread out. The back deck offers beautiful views of the hills and a gas grill to cook that fresh caught Walleye on. The Missouri River is steps away, and fishing from shore is possible.
The front deck offers the perfect spot to relax, drink a cool beverage and enjoy the view. The large shaded yard is the perfect spot for family games. Start a fire in the fire pit and make some memories or relive some old ones while watching the sun set over the beautiful Missouri River. Minutes from town, boat docks, public beach and Public Hunting and Shooting Range.
Enjoy the beautiful sunsets while gathered around the firepit catching up with family and friends.

Bachelor Party

Great location. The property is secluded and great for a large get together. Yard was perfect for yard games, nice decks and a grill, and a nice fire pit. Good access to the water for swimming.

House on the river

We absoluetly loved our stay. It was very clean, secluded and huge. We enjoyed the sun setting over the river every night. We will stay there again!

Great family get together

We had an amazing time. The property was great. This place allowed all of us to get together and stay together. The one thing that everybody loved was that there was an adequate amount of towels and bedding and fans that were available for people to use. It was nice and close to the river and it had the most beautiful view that you will ever imagine From the living room windows

Was staying here for a work training event. We slept 9 guys and had plenty of room. House was very clean and convenient for our travels.

Great place for a reunion

6 retirees / former co-workers from the Colorado Division of Wildlife convened from various places to celebrate our decades-long friendship. The place met our needs extremely well. Dog friendly for well-behaved canines such as ours. Enjoyed taking the pups down the steps to the beach to romp in the water.

Nice place for a little get away

Was a nice place for the family and a few extended family to get together. Would recommend to people wanting a little get away. Only thing I wish we knew a head of time is where it says queen beds, they are actually full size beds. That makes a difference when you are thinking how many beds you need. Another thing to note but not a big deal is to get to the water you do have to walk down a path that for some people a little older may not be able to do. Especially when coming back up.

Perfect home by the river

This home was perfect for a family fishing getaway. Beautiful location and plenty of room to spread out. Communication with the property manager was great. Would definitely recommend and we will book again next year if dates align.

Family Vacation 2023

It was a great house for our family - beds for everyone. Kitchen had everything we needed. House was very clean & well supplied. Outdoor areas were great. We had such a good time together - couldnt have asked for a better rental!

Get away for awhile

It was a great place to get away with family. Big fire pit everyone could fit around. Big dining room table for playing cards & board games. At the same time there was plenty of space so it never felt crowded and places for everyone to give themselves a "time out" when they needed. 2 decks, 3 living rooms, 2 dining spaces, 2 yards. Oh, ya, and a big river. On the way home, the 7 & 8 year olds wanted to know if we could come back again next year!

Great location

The secluded, not far from town location was superb! Our group of 10 had plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed our stay very much! One suggestion that would make it better would be if there was a second refrigerator on the property (possibly downstairs). Ten fishermen end up filling up the one freezer and fridge pretty quickly.

The large, grassy yard makes for the perfect place for some family friendly yard games and the large fire pit in the yard offers a relaxing place to sit, enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the water, and make some memories.
Wildlife abounds here, including Deer, Turkey, Pheasants, Rabbits and more. The property is close to town, yet secluded.
