It is approximately 1200 sq ft and has its own private entrance with a private yard. The house has a large open area with the living room, dining area, bar, and kitchen all in one large open space. There is a master suite with its own bathroom and a second bedroom with entrance to the second bathroom from this bedroom or from the hallway. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking full meals, baking, having coffee in the morning, or whatever you desire. There is a library from which you may take a read books and a game shelf with games and playing cards.
