Beautiful home ready for your perfect vacation! This 7 bedroom home has first class decorating, a private pool, on property golf cart access, and is located 150 steps from the beautiful white sands and emerald water of Destin beaches.

This 3-story home features 7 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. It also includes living and entertaining areas on the first, second and third floors. Walk a block and a half to one of Destin's most beautiful beaches, or enjoy the privacy of your own large patio, grill, and private salt water pool that can be heated for an additional fee.

Watch the sun come up from the large deck on the second floor or end the day on the third floor balcony by watching a glorious sunset. This home is conveniently located near shopping, fine restaurants and entertainment the whole family will love. Located in the quiet Crystal Beach neighborhood, your family/friends can take advantage of more than 6 miles of trails nearby.

You will love the 3400 square feet of living space the home has to offer to house your family reunions or friends vacationing together. The wide-open first floor living area includes: 10’ ceilings, fully equipped kitchen, large dining area, and looks out on the beautiful pool and patio area. Downstairs you will also find 2 bedrooms, each with a king size bed and their own bathrooms.

Moving up to the second level you will find a relaxing area at the top of the stairs, loaded with kid's games, a TV, and queen sleeper. This floor also has 2 bedrooms and a bunk room, each with their own full bathrooms. Continue to the third floor and enjoy the living area destined to be a great hang out for all ages. This area includes a couch/daybed, TV and a pub table-perfect for games. Look out from the third-floor balcony onto the commons area below. In addition, find 2 more bedrooms on the third floor with a jack-and-Jill bathroom. All bedrooms have their own televisions, as well as TV's in all living areas.

For disclosure purposes, this home does have security cameras that cover the front door, side yards, and the pool and parking area.

This home will serve as the perfect vacation stay as it is built and furnished as we would our own home. Please come and be one of our guests! We can't wait to share this fantastic beach home with you, your friends and family!

Great for large groups. It was awesome that every bedroom had a bathroom. The outdoor space with the pool was fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked had everything and more we needed. Location was great 3 min walk to the beach. I would definitely go back

The house was as expected beautiful. The pool was lovely.. My family had a great time altogether under one roof. We have nine children and spouses and grandchildren so it worked out wonderfully. Enough space for all! It was close to everything, the gulf cart was great!

Beautiful home with great beach access. Host was great to work with and even got a repairman out almost immediately when one of the three heat/air units malfunctioned on the 4th of July. That’s great service. Highly recommend this property.

The house was perfect and located in a great area! We had a large group, and it accommodated everyone comfortably, with plenty of parking for all our vehicles. Having bedrooms on the first floor was especially helpful for our oldest guest, who couldn't manage the stairs.We loved the pool, as well as all the toys and beach supplies that were provided. It made our stay even more enjoyable. We also really appreciated the abundance of outdoor seating, including the beautiful patios on the second and third floors.The hosts were wonderful, responsive, and quick to answer any questions we had. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back!

Always a lovely tome when we stay here. Plenty of room, great pool, close proximity to beach and friendly hosts. The best part of this property is that they provide toys and chairs for the beach.

We had such a wonderful experience, the house was very clean and had plenty of space for our family. It was so easy to travel with our infant since they had toys, crib, table top high chair, etc. The kitchen was well stocked and the pool was great to relax by.

Property was very clean and tasteful. Getting in and out was a breeze. The pool was adequate size for six to eight people to be in it at once. Great setting. Great host and communication. Gave us good tips on how to get around and solid recommendations for entertainment and eating. I cannot attest to service or follow-up on issues as we had none. 10 out of 10. Would definitely consider it again for our family vacay.

This was a wonderful place to stay and I have already shared with others who might be interested. Lots of space for our family of 17. Pool was great for the kids and we could easily walk to places nearby. Lots of items available at the house like pool/beach toys, dishes, cooking items etc. Thank you for sharing your house!

This house was a perfect stay for a girls trip. The layout was perfect allowing for lots of common area space as well as private spaces. Plenty of bathrooms which is a huge plus with a big group. Pool and lounge areas were amazing and so relaxing. Walk to the beach was very short and it was so helpful for the house to provide beach equipment. Definitely recommend this property! 10/10

Property was top of the line, easy to drive to, exceeded our expectations, kitchen was stocked with all needs for cooking and feeding a large group! Stay - Destin

We took our family for my parents 40 wedding anniversary and it was an Unbelievable stay. House is perfect for a large family, or large group of friends. Beach is a block away walk, and the pool was great! The house has all the amenities you could think of. Perfect stay.

We wanted to incorporate the best qualities of a vacation house, understanding what was needed to accommodate large groups. We wanted to provide people with a first class home for their vacation

Our location is excellent, near many major attractions, restaurants and of course, the beach. You can shop and dine without fighting Destin traffic!
