Casa del Sol Naciente is located in the 24 hour gated and secured community of Cabo Bello just a few minutes outside of Cabo San Lucas. This home offers everything you will need for a relaxing vacation getaway that will make you want to stay.

Casa del Sol Naciente features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, with 2 pools and a rooftop patio that offers amazing ocean views. Downstairs offers 2 bedrooms with a Jack and Jill full bathroom. As well, the outdoor patio hosts a 65" TV for all your poolside entertainment needs, BBQ area with a sink and full size fridge, outdoor shower and 1/2 bath for your convenience.

Upstairs features the master bedroom, office/Den with sofa bed that can make as a 4th bedroom if needed, 1.5 bathrooms, an amazing kitchen and beautiful palapa that overlook the pool patio as well as the ocean. The master bedroom and office/den features their own Romero and Juliet balconies.

Finally Casa del Sol Naciente offers a rooftop patio that is sure to excite anyone that steps up for breathtaking views. It features fully furnished patio tables and chairs, sun chairs, and of course views of paradise.

Our group of 6 absolutely loved our stay here! The house & community had everything we needed and more. Daily pool days & snorkeling at the private beach was amazing! The Cabo Bello security, as well as Francisco & Daniel were wonderful!

House was great, even better than the pictures. Property manager was very responsive to all questions and concerns. Pool was awesome and very clean. A/C in master bedroom was not working properly. Francisco was prompt to try to fix the problem. Only really an issue since it was over 90 degrees out. There was a fan though. and other A/C units worked great. Unfortunately it needed to be replaced and not able to be done during the timeframe of our stay. Hopefully it will be replaced for the next renter.(it was 10 years old). Thanks for the lovely stay and would chose this home again, Thanks !

Great location, excellent value and no issues whatsoever.Concierge (Francisco) showed us around the house and we never had to call him for anything. We did have to learn how to operate the TV's, though.

The house was a great location and perfect for our family including 2 kids (1 & 3) We felt very safe and we were all able to walk to the beach every day.

perfect family vacation spot

This property is ideal for a family vacation. The home is very well located and very well equipped with everything you would need for a family vacation. The property manager is amazing and so accommodating. The view is lovely, the beach is an easy walk and a peaceful quiet cove awaits when you reach the beach. We have been back twice now and love it each time.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The property description was completely accurate, and everything was exactly as pictured.There were six adults in our group celebrating my 50th birthday, and the house was the perfect size. Everyone had plenty of space, and the layout worked great for our group. We especially loved the pool, and outside kitchen. It was great being able to to just slow down and relax! The beach was only a few minutes' walk away. It is a bit hilly, and I was recovering from an unexpected injury, but even then it was still a quick walk to and from the beach. There are also beautiful beaches in the area to get too, that are just few minutes away as well. We chose not to rent a car, and it wasn't an issue at all. Ubers were incredibly convenient and always arrived within just a few minutes, making it easy to get wherever we wanted to go.We also can't say enough great things about Francisco! He was amazing from start to finish. He answered all of our questions promptly and helped coordinate our transportation to and from the airport, making everything stress-free. His communication and hospitality truly made our trip even better.If you're looking for a beautiful place to stay in Cabo San Lucas, we highly recommend this home. We had an unforgettable vacation and would absolutely stay here again!

Cabo bday trip

The house was beautiful and looks exactly like the listing. It’s located in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood with a private beach and only a 10 minute drive to downtown Cabo. We loved staying here and already Looking forward to next visit

Perfect ladies trip.

Such a great property for our annual "Ladies Beach Trip". Plenty of room to have solitude, with common areas allowing for group interactions. The house is well equipt for group cooking and activities. Francisco was delightful to work with and insured a great stay.

Beautiful place

This Spanish style house is beautifully decorated with little touches that let you know you are in Mexico. It's a great set up with plenty of Privacy when traveling with others. The gated community feels safe and secure. The beach is within walking distance and shopping nearby. It had everything we needed for our week long stay. We couldn't have been happier with our choice.

Mexican Thanksgiving

Great location. The house was well appointed, clean, great pool. Francisco met us upon check in and provided a thorough orientation to the house and the amenities. We took the advise from previous guests and hired Th e private Chef Alfredo. The food was amazing. Highly recommend the poblano soup. Great family trip

Fantastic getaway spot

Our family had a wonderful time on the property. The house is beautiful, comfortably furnished, and well-equipped. Francisco was friendly and helpful. The kids lived in the pool when we weren’t enjoying the picturesque private beach. If you are looking for a rental property in the Cabo area, I cannot recommend this property highly enough.

Amazing Home

We absolutely loved this home. We had 4 adults 2 teenagers and 3 kids and we all had space. The kitchen is super stocked and we took advantage of the chef service. We had a great time and Francisco was beyond helpful. Highly recommend!!

Williams-Francis Family Stay

Wonderful property with great security. Very safe. Close to downtown Cabo and Costco, Walmart for cooking at home. Our young adult kids loved the pool and rooftop. Nice short walk to private beach. Saw whales breaching at the beach every night. Fabulous residence. Highly recommended.

Birthday trip

The place was fantastic. Short walk to private beach that was beautiful. Francisco was great. He showed us around the place when we arrived, called cabs for us and checked on us the next day. He is the best!! A couple restaurants and a great grocery store nearby. I highly recommend this beautiful location.

Fantastic view

We enjoyed the view from the patio and rooftop sun deck. The kitchen is very well stocked and the beds are comfortable. Sadly the hot tub doesn’t actually heat and during our stay the refrigerator in the house stopped working which was very inconvenient. The house could definitely use a few basic upgrades but overall very nice property.

Thank you for the kind word. The smaller pool is not a hot tub as such we advertise it as two pools. Unfortunately the fridge did go out which is out of our control, but we are happy to report that we have replaced it with a new one since this happened. Wonderful family home

We stayed at this property as a family of 5 adults and 2 very young children. We really appreciated how well stocked the home is. The kitchen amenities were amazing, The baby and children products made the holiday so much easier. The home was clean, beautifully decorated and maintained. We loved being able to easily walk to the beach, watch the sunsets from the rooftop patio. I would highly recommend this property.

Amazing!

If you are searching for a beautiful private villa then stop looking! This villa is very well done in every aspect from decor, comfort, location to accessibility to the beach and the surrounding areas. The villa is well suited for any size group. The pool area is amazing! The pictures online represent the villa true to life. It’s lovely 😊

Family vacation

The house was amazing with excellent views, clean, swimming pool kept our grandchildren occupied. The security team is very active making us feel safe. We rented a car to get around which everything was in short distance beaches, boating and water activities. Francisco was extremely helpful and always available. Everyone throughly enjoyed themselves. Can’t wait to return.

Fun family Vaca in Cabo

Our family of 9 enjoyed our stay. House was just as described, in great location and had everything we needed for our vacation. Shopping close by, but would suggest Walmart or Costco over Freska for better prices and selection. Uber is cheap and best way to get around. Beach on property is convenient. Francisco was very helpful and great with staying connected if we needed anything Only suggestion would be to provide a boogie board and some beach chairs for guests. Overall it was fantastic and we would recommend!

When I travel to Cabo I feel at peace as it is one of the best places in the world to relax and take everything in. I enjoy everything Cabo has to offer and after visiting so many times before I decided it was time for my own place.
