The condo was very nice and clean. The host responded promptly when I messaged her before and during our stay. The beach view was amazing and the pool was refreshing after a hot day on the beach.

This is a beautiful unit with 3 King beds, a twin, and extra bed space (sofas and room for other accommodations). The only thing that was less than convenient was the need for key cards instead of wristbands, but it all worked out. The managing company was so very easy to text and I got responses immediately. Would have loved an early check-in, but it wasn't to be.

Enjoyable

Overall it was a great time. The kitchen could use some scissors. But everything was great. We enjoyed our stay. The fireworks were awesome!

Best vacation ever!

We stayed during the week of July the Fourth. There were several activities at this property, including a fire show and fireworks. Besides the Fourth activities, there were several amenities that the whole family enjoyed. These beds were the comfiest beds I have ever slept on in my life! The room was clean and well stocked.

very nice spacious with great view.

Stay was great with very nice amenities. Only thing to complain about was hot tub foamed heavily with a green tint. Maintenance checked and treated it when we arrived so dont know if it was from treatment or not but it was about 6 hours later. I can still recomend the stay though.

This complex and condo are very nice! The unit was very spacious and has new furniture, decorations, and paint from what is shown in the photos. A few things of note:- The hot tub was extremely hot (105) and didn't seem to be adjustable.- The building's aquatics team visits the condo every day to test the chemicals in the hot tub, FYI.- The unit does come with minimal dishwasher soap, laundry soap, and extra trash bag. No spices/salt & pepper/oil.- The bathrooms have no hooks or towel bars. This seems to be a building thing as other units from different management were the same. You end up draping/swimsuits all over the bathtub/doors.- One of the front bedrooms has no drawers/dresser so we ended up putting clothes in the bathroom drawers.- The ice maker is very loud and is likely a result of high rise plumbing. It makes a running water noise every 30 min- 1 hour every day. It is very noticeable.

Construction next door was unpleasant

There was a lot of construction noise from next door and an addition of the pool. It interrupted my piece that I was looking for.

Took total family, which had ages ranging from 1 to 68. 1502 C was a great location for my total family with great views. Condo was nice, clean, and spacious. I got what we were sold. Watching the sunrises, sunsets, and fireworks from the room deck was great. Loved having the big personal hot tub on the deck. They serviced it every day. Turquoise place and their employees made it very easy on us from arrival to exit with their direct access to many options including the beach for entertainment for all the ages in our family. Great beach, many pools, splash pads, lazy river, tennis courts, putting green, ect... made many neat things for all to do. All Turquoise Place employees made it their job to see we had what we needed. Many good places to eat and shop close by. We had a great time, with good parking, and a clean, safe environment. My family plans to come back next year.

Very Clean, Property Maintenance Time

The condo was beautiful and immaculately clean. Dishes and starter supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap) were well stocked. Our only disappointment was all of the pools in the tower were closed due to maintenance and the hot tubs on the balconies were also closed for use. These amenities were the reason we chose to stay at Turquoise Place and we were not informed until a we days/weeks after we booked the property. We ended up not spending very much time at the property at all since we had kids to entertain.

final assessment

The dryer did not work, no need to use until the last 2-3 days We notified the property who said they would send a mechanic up but it was one day before we were to leave and did not want any disturbance or having to be there when the maintenance man arrived. The drawers to the nightstand dresser pull completely out of the dresser if you are not careful and land on your foot. so this could NOT be used for clothes etc. So not major hiccups but when you pay several thousand dollars for a vrbo you would hope that these items work.

Turquoise 1502C

rental property was beautiful and spacious with wonderful gulf view. Stocked well. During our stay, the property was overall nice and clean from a housekeeping standpoint. However, there were several issues that we encountered: 1. Living Room Furniture: The furniture and rug in the living room were very stained and appeared dirty, which required us to use sheets to sit on them. As a result, we chose to watch TV in the bedroom instead. 2. Bedroom and Bathrooms: The bedrooms and bathrooms lacked basic amenities such as hooks for towels, makeup bags, or robes. Additionally, one of the nightstands had missing drawer handles, and the drawers were unsafe as they pulled out completely. Adding an extra dresser in the master bedroom would also be helpful. 3. Kitchen: The kitchen was missing scissors, which would have been useful during our stay. 4. Hot Tub: The operation of the hot tub was unclear, and we had to exchange multiple texts with the property manager. Eventually, a technician came out to demonstrate how to use it. We hope these points are addressed to enhance the experience for future guests. Let me know if you’d like to refine further!

We loved our stay! We had 6 adults and 2 young kids- we felt it was plenty of room for all of us. The unit was very clean despite other reviewers mentioning that being an issue in the past. The furnishings were luxe, mattresses were very comfortable, and accurate to the listing. Our only “complaint” would be that there are no hooks or towel rods in any bathroom- this led to us having to wash our towels a few times over the trip as there wasn’t anywhere to hang them dry. Overall, we LOVED our stay!!! The communication was top notch. Thank you for such a wonderful condo for our family vacation!

Turquoise place is very upscale and luxurious. We loved the new additions and the poolside bar and restaurant never disappoint. The room is amply spacious and well stocked. The half bath is a great bonus. Downsides would be the elevator noise and lack of storage options in the guest bedrooms and baths. It is difficult to sleep in the back bedrooms due to the constant noise so I would suggest packing a white noise machine and turn it up loud. We did find some cheerios in the living room floor from a previous guest and the tub/bath combo was less than clean, but we were able to take care of that pretty easy. The chair rental guys are wonderful! Super helpful!

Exceeded expectations

Huge, private, clean and convenient. Didn’t even have a chance to enjoy all the amenities. We would gladly return to this area and this specific rental.
