The beautiful log house is a holiday home in Mussoorie which is secluded and overlooking the unmatched view of doom valley surrounded by the natural beauty of queen of hills. The beautiful log house is located on the popular Mall Road. It makes a welcome change from the usual holiday cottage or bed and breakfast.
The property is fully renovated with fresh modern furniture.
The Neighborhood is very peaceful.

We loved the Log House in Mussourie, especially the view from the living room and the decor was tastefully done. The caretaker was very friendly and we enjoyed her delicious freshly made pahadi parathas for brunch everyday (if you want a taste of local food, you just have to ask and she will get the needed groceries and make it for you happily for some extra cash). The property is conveniently situated on the Mall road, but please note that the Mall road is not accessible to commercial vehicles at certain times (after 4:30pm at the time we visited) except for cycle rickshaws and private vehicles.

A must visit place

The log cabin was as good as we expected it to be. Maybe better. The furniture was well placed and all amenities were available. The maid was very amicable. Some small issues we faced: 1. The bathroom smelled of some leakage. As a result, using it was pretty tough. Should be repaired asap. 2. The TV was there, but it had no channels activated. And since its not a smart Tv, it wasn't really usable. 3. At night the place gets a bit too scary. Even going out on the small path, you feel scared because of the pitch darkness on both sides. If the owner could put in a small flood light to show the path downhill, that was be great. The experience was nevertheless memorable. The owner was sweet and available at all times. We will come back again when possible next :) Thank you for opening your home to us Parmeet.

Hello, Thanks for your feedback. The bathroom issue has been fixed already. All popular channels have been activated. If you were to watch any specific channel, had you told me during your visit, I would have activated them. I believe maid had already told you to inform me but you said it was ok. Regarding the light downhill, since the path downhill is not part of our property and its a public path, it is up to the local municipal corporation to install a light there. We are not authorized to do so. I am just the owner of the Log House whereas there are 3 other properties in the same premises, can't really do much about the lighting downhill since our area is well -lit. Thanks Regards Parmeet
