The apartments are brand new, completely re-build after hurricane Maria hits Puerto Rico last year. The apartment includes a big room with a queen bed, a sofa converting to a full side bed, air conditioning room, TV, WiFi, Refrigerator, a very clean bathroom, bedroom includes clothes and sheets, clean towels and parking in the same property inside of Poblado de Boquerón. We really focus in what you appreciate most, best value, high quality and clean room. For additional cost we can add beach chairs, champagne, white or red wine, umbrella, beers, water, sun block, or whatever make your stay a great experience. In all this additions we just charge a 20% margin of our cost that is a fair price for the service. With that you can rest assure we don’t overprice as Hotels do...
