Cozy house with sea view and only 3 minutes to go to the beach

My sister and I live together in a normal coastal house. In order to bring you the atmosphere of a vietnamese local life, we hope to share our comfortable place for an unforgettable trip. It's located in the North of Nha Trang city and surrounded by nightclub, bars, restaurants. It takes about 3 min to the beach and less than 10 min to go to the center of city.
We have 6 rooms which can be accommodate from 2 to 6 people per room:
3 Private rooms with a private bathroom and a sunny balcony terrace, fully equipped with a double bed, refrigerator, hot water, air condition - High-speed and free Wifi
3 Bunk beds rooms with 4 beds and a private bathroom each room. Basic but functional rooms, perfect for people looking for affordable long term accommodation. All rooms with air conditioning, fridge, private bathroom and FREE WiFi. Rooms are cleaned every second day or whenever our guest request it.
All rooms are located in the rural of the city so you will have a quiet and private place to rest.
Specially, we have 2 commun spaces where you can be more comfortable like at home and more sociative: the kitchen and the living room. In the first space, we cook together every night so you can join and taste some vietnamese local dishes. In the second place, we do everything just because of love, such as Reading books, Watching movies or football games and Playing to the music, and of course we do all of these together. We hope you would enjoy it too.

There are NO elevators, however the stairs are not steep.
Security camera is installed at entrance.
Our place might not be suitable for tourists looking for a perfect hotel experience, we are far from it. But if you are a traveler willing to explore different facets of this city, of this country then welcome my dear friends!
