Beautiful property great location

My family & I visited from Louisiana to visit Walt Disney world we’ve visited many times but this was our very first stay at ChampionsGate everything was beautiful the property is kept up very well the check in/out process was convenient & easy the home had everything we needed and was very clean

Family friendly, nice, and clean.

I like that it had a clean environment for the family. Clean rooms and good kitchen supplies.

Comfortable property

Comfortable property with everything you need for your stay. We love the Champions Gate neighborhood. Second time staying there.

Spring Training group visit

Great condo in a great location. Super clean. Plenty of room. Clean linens and towels. Nice decor.Easy in and out. Instructions were clear. Hosts responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Overall the hosts were responsive. The house could use a deep clean, but it was as clean enough. The kitchen could be stocked a little better as well.

Would stay again!

Overall, the property was perfect for our needs. The only fault was the lack of kitchen supplies (no dish towels or dish soap). We needed to buy extra dishwasher pods, papertowels, dish soap & garbage bags. Next time, I will pack some of these items just in case.

However, we did advise you prior to check in that we only supplied basic supplies, enough to get you through your first night until you have had chance to do a shop - so to rate us down for something you were aware of does not seem really fair.

This property was not cleaned to proper standards. Bed linens were soiled along with wet towels in the dryer, dirty dishes in the dish washer, a whole in the wall upstairs, cable tvs didn’t work besides one for the entirety of my stay They were supposed to send maintenance to fix the TVs the next day after check in and never showed up my entire stay which was 4 days. Also the property license displayed shows expired.

Thank you for your feedback. We take all guest concerns seriously and appreciate the opportunity to address these points. Following your report, I spoke with my Property Manager who spoke with your personally during your stay. Maintenance was dispatched the very next morning, and all TVs were checked and confirmed to be in full working order with no ongoing issues. Prior to your arrival, all TVs had also been tested during the arrival inspection and were functioning correctly for the previous guests who only checked out earlier that same day. Regarding housekeeping, our team returned the following morning see what issues you had and the only thing you wanted them to do was empty the dishwasher which you had refilled after breakfast had been prepared.

We had a good time and enjoyed ourselves. Only issues were none of the tv would work. It said cable would be in the home but the tvs never got a signal

Great place to stay

Overall the place was great, the location was the best! very close to the Oasis, which we wanted. The place was clean, walls had markings but didn't expect to be perfect. We only used the pool once as it was to cold, I thought May would be warm enough with it being 34 out but it was not, the table and chairs outside was nice and the lounge chairs. Kitchen had all supplies we needed, could have used a few more towels. I would recommend to stay here! We were barely there as we did a lot of adventures this time. When we booked there were not alot of reviews to go on but we were happy with our stay!!

May 2024

Clean, well equipped condo. Location was good, close to Oasis Clubhouse. However, all beds were extremely uncomfortable. All mattresses and pillows are in desperate need of replacement. The living room furniture was also very uncomfortable, couch and chair needs replacing with better quality pieces. I do want to thank the management supervisor for being very responsive to a few minor issues we had and the service person he sent was pleasant and very helpful.

Maintenance issues

Masters suite bed sheets were not cleaned and hairs from prior guests were on the pillows. Mattresses were not comfortable, so we did not rest good. But overall the owners responded on time

Lovely property, only 2 things I would request future stays

Beautiful property. Pics are accurate to the property. Pool heat worked well and worth the extra cost to us. Extra fans were helpful and not everyone had to use one. Resort pools and bar were lovely. Close to theme parks. I would recommend mattress changes on the downstairs bed and Primary bed (or at least toppers, I could really feel the springs). Additionally, had a bit of trouble using the TVs. Although I didn't call or complain, knowing how to reset them to get them to work in the residence book would have been very helpful. We were only ever able to get 2 of the 5 to work, and then the last night, only 1 would work. We had no issues checking in or out, trash was picked up daily. Overall it was an excellent stay.

Great stay, good location

This is a beautiful townhouse! Parking is directly in front of the townhouse. Loved the location of this rental! It was very close to The Resort. A 5min walk. The Resort is amazing. It’s included in the stay. Daily wristbands. The Resort does not provide towel and neither did the townhouse. (We didn’t pack any so we had to buy them.) There is a Lazy River, a slide, and a saltwater pool. There is a restaurant and servers will walk around to the pool guests and take your food and drink order and bring it to you poolside. Good location…Publix grocery, restaurants and fast food are close. Returning to the gated community was frustrating at times. One evening, we waited 20mins in line to get back in through the gates. The private pool at the Townhouse is really small but was enough for little kids to swim in. I suggest adding more silverware, plates and glasses to the townhouse. And more bath towels. No hand towels or wash cloths were provided. We stayed for AAU Nationals Volleyball tournament. Drive back and forth to the Orange County Convention Center daily. About a 40min drive. About a 30min drive to the airport. Easy check in and check out.

We only supply towels to wash and shower with, we don't provide pool towels (as they tend to go missing all the time, with guests leaving them at the community pool). The home comes with wash cloths, hand towels and bath towels.

Very nice location and property. Gated community with awesome clubhouse and pool area. The house is great and as advertised. Clean. Check in check out process was super easy.

Very nice home

Very nice layout, home was clean, lovely kitchen. We enjoyed the private heated pool and access to the Oasis clubhouse for a community pool, volleyball, drinks and food. You can't go wrong with his property. We had loud neighbors for a few nights that was our only negative experience
