A lovely rustic cottage with beautiful surroundings on the lake. Loved the porch looking out to the lake, and use of kayaks, the firepit and electric fireplace. Kitchen had everything and beds were comfortable. It’s close to provincial parks and KP Trail

The think the highlight was the screened in porch, loved being out early morning, listening and watching the world wake up. Spent many evenings out there as the sun was setting, very calming and serene.

I rented this cottage to be close to members of my family. I was really surprised to find such a nice waterfront place. Anything we need is there. The porch with the view on the lake is just perfect. Every room was very clean and when I had a question, the host came back to me rapidly.

The overall experience was great. Very private and peaceful location with a great view of the lake from the screened in porch. Kayaking was great, but not really a great spot if you want to swim. We loved it. One problem we had was the road we were on did not have a street sign.

Great little cabin quiet area beautiful view of the lake

Everything that you need for a nice little stay at the lake. Love the screened in porch and the view of the lake.

The internet connection was better than last year but still needs improvement. They need a Canadian firestick for the television. We were unable to get any Canadian stations (news) even though the cottage was in Canada. The rooms were clean and the veranda was lovely to sit out at night as it was screened in so no worry about bugs.Huge diningroom table to accommodate at least 10 people if not more.Host was good at communication and was very helpful with our questions.

An excellent place, very clean and comfortable. It was very nice and peaceful sitting on the deck with a morning coffee. Beds were comfortable and I loved the pillows. Cottage was well equipped.

Great Stay

My husband, my son and myself had a relaxing, peaceful stay here. The cabin/cottage was clean and had all the essentials we needed for our week stay. The screened in front deck off the kitchen, overlooking the lake, was where we spent our down time. Would definitely stay here again.

Sharbot Lake cottage

Excellent travel directions, lovely spacious screened in porch overlooking a tranquil lake. Older cottage, bathroom renovated very nice, the kitchen had everything you could possibly need and more. Owner was very helpful when we encountered a minor problem. Overall a wonderful stay, thank you!

It was all I expected. The cottage was in prestine condition. The outdoor, screened-in porch was a God send.

We had a lovely peaceful time at this clean, well equipped cottage. It was quiet , had a lovely view. The cottage was very clean, and well looked after. Carol responded quickly when I had a question. We would stay here again.

Hi CarolThis is the second year in a row I have rented this cottage for 2 week with my son.I love this cottage. I'm 63 years old and close to retirement.I love the time my son and I can spend together.This cottage has every thing you need to stay and plus.I will say again that i love the screened in porch that faces the lake.I'd love to rent for the third year.

Fantastic Cottage

We had the best time staying in this perfect Sharbot Lake cottage. The cottage had everything we needed, including kitchenware, towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, storage bags, and even seasonings to cook with. Everything was spotless and the property was well-manicured. The screened-in porch was spacious and comfortable with a beautiful lake view. The porch was one of our favorite places to spend time together in the mornings and evenings. I highly recommend renting this cottage!

it's a 5 star cottage

I use to rent a cottage on silver lake for 16 years and I know sharbot lake very well. So my son and I decided to rent this cottage on sharbot lake. The cottage was very equipped with all the essentials. I was very impressed. My son and I had a very quiet and relaxing time. The screened in porch was awesome. We spent hours out on the porch. Thanks Carol you are awesome.

Great Getaway

This cottage is just as advertised. Well equipped, beautiful quiet location. We walked, kayaked, went into town to explore. We spent our down time on the screened in porch which was fantastic. Internet was not workjng when we arrived and a service call was placed. The outage was due to the satellite dish being moved, NO fault of the owner!! Carol was very responsive in expediting the repair.

What an amazing week

We plan to book again next year. The hosts thought of everything. The place is welll equipped with all necessities and then some. all you need to bring are the people , food , tackle , and clothes. This was our first time renting as a couple, and it was perfect for us. We loved the screened in portch. The camp fire . The trees . The grass driveway. The dock . Boats . Laundry … we felt alt home ..For anyone looking for a restful get away , we highly recommend this property .

Little piece of paradise

This property is right on the lake. It was surprising very well stocked. It had EVERYTHING you can think. Literally evrything. We were very comfortable here. My children loved the badminton set and played the whole time we were there. It is thankfully close the grocery store. I especially loved the screened in porch and watched the sunset every night. We fished right of the dock and caught a fish but we had to let it go as my son felt bad for taking a fish from its family. The only downside which has nothing to do with the property or the owners were the water snakes. We found at least one everyday. Over all, we l9ved our stay.

A Time Well Spent

The cottage is just that...a cottage. Having said that, it was full of delightful amenities such as wifi, large Samsung tv and dvd player for movie nights, a screened in porch with comfortable chairs facing the lake and very comfortable beds. I spent most of my time on the porch enjoying the breeze and staring at the lake. It was a good thing the porch was screened in because the deerflies were buzzing around my head ( on a short walk I took one day). There were kayaks and a canoe available but we are not big boat people. The Weber barbecue worked like a dream and there was even Alexa in the corner of the living room! All in all it was a time well spent.
