Chateau Secor 2 has a very unique, OPEN floor plan complete with 40 year old live trees in the entry way! It is newly remodeled with paint, ceramic tile and carpet, a beautiful new kitchen/dining area and luxurious upstairs bath!
Downstairs boasts a beautiful two-story entry way complete with 4 skylights, as well as the kitchen, dining area, half bath, laundry room with washer and dryer, and the master bedroom with full bath and walk-in closet. The dining area is complete with a gas fireplace and TV and the kitchen contains a dishwasher, double oven, microwave and a four burner ceramic cook top. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee pot and other cookware. The large granite island is perfect for eating as well as preparing meals and a corner banquette provides extra seating in the kitchen!
The downstairs master bedroom contains a King size bed, TV, comfy reading chair, and comfortable sofa. This bedroom’s full bath has a unique sunken tub/shower, a beautiful granite vanity and large walk-in closet. This bedroom is OPEN to the dining room/kitchen (and has blackout privacy curtains for your use)... one of the unique features of the chateau's VERY OPEN floor plan.
Upstairs is a one-of-a-kind OPEN arrangement with a large living area which boasts a large leather sectional with chaise and recliners, 60 inch TV, wet bar with mini-fridge, and a poker/game table. The poker table area is open to the entry way and stairway below. As you top the stairs you will see a sitting area (which is the 3rd sleeping room) with a queen size bed, a queen sleeper sofa and 42 inch TV. This sleeping area is open to the entire upstairs and is NOT a separate room with a door. An additional bedroom is found upstairs and it contains 2 queen beds, another 42 inch TV, a chaise lounge, as well as a skylight. This upstairs bedroom also has a French door which looks out on the outdoor deck below. A gas grill is provided on the back deck.
The luxurious upstairs bathroom (just off the sitting area) contains a Jetta whirlpool tub complete with jets, air option, and lights. This bath boasts a large skylight, electric fireplace, TV & a large shower with dual showerheads, body sprays and built-in bench!!
With one king bed, three queen beds, one queen sleeper sofa, and 2 queen air mattresses provided, Chateau Secor 2 will easily sleep 10-12.
The back area is comprised of a brand new deck however there is no fenced yard as the entire back area is ALL DECK. The neighborhood is great for dog walking and we do have a large un-fenced side yard guests can use as a play area if needed.
*** We do have security cameras on the OUTSIDE of the property... by the front door on the front porch and outside on the back deck for our guest's protection as well as the protection of the property.
