Our villa is furnished in a casual tropical island theme with all new wide plank flooring throughout. This 3 bedroom villa is ideally located, just steps away from the pool. Our Hawaiian style townhouse is very large, has an 10-ft living room ceiling, and has no one above or below. We furnish free high speed WiFi, 3 flat screen TVs, and a DVD player. In our well-equipped kitchen you can grill fresh fish from the local market and even enjoy farm fresh fruits and vegetables from the nearby Kona Farmers' Market. Brew a cup of 100% Kona coffee and enjoy the variety of world-class restaurants on the Kohala Coast.

The Fairway Villas is a private, gated complex in the exclusive Mauna Lani Resort. It is on Hawaii's Kohala Coast with the Big Island's best beaches and weather. The Fairways Villas is set among 22 acres of tropical landscaping and palm trees, and is right next to the 10th fairway of the Mauna Lani Resort Golf Course. You can also play tennis, work out in the air-conditioned fitness center, or relax at the tropical pool.

The Mauna Lani Resort is a world class resort located on the Kohala Coast, 19 miles north of the Kona Airport. It is designed around the beautiful Mauna Lani Beach with a white sand beach, two 18 hole golf courses, the Marketplace with many fine restaurants, a variety of shops, and a gourmet grocery store.

Within the Mauna Lani Resort, the private crescent-shaped beach offers a pristine white sandy beach with plenty of sports activities and rentals, as well as shoreline paths, a green sea turtle refuge and ancient fishponds, Nearby at the Fairmont Mauna Lani , you can enjoy several world class restaurants.

Explore the Puako Petroglyph Archaeological Preserve which has informative free tours. Take a hike through rainforests, ride a horse to hidden waterfalls or fly over an active volcano by helicopter. At the nearby beach you can snorkel, swim, surf, kayak and sportfish. Take a day trip around the island to see the volcanoes, the Thurston lava caves, and tropical rain forests.

Best value and location on the Big Island. From booking, check in to check out, it was very easy. Loved being so close to the pool. Access to the owner’s beach is amazing. James and Leslie are wonderful hosts! This is our new favorite place to stay!

We had a wonderful 3 days at this townhome. It was clean, the beach equipment was really helpful when going to Hapuna and also snorkeling at the Beach Club.

Great place to stay

The home is in great shape and the neighborhood is really nice. Pool is just out the back door and wasn’t crowded. Private beach is worth a visit.

We loved the Mauna Lani beach club access and how close the unit is to the pool. The townhouse is large and spacious :)

Perfect stay

Very clean, well stocked for cooking. Great location near grocery store. We had a great time there. Would highly recommend!

The Mauna Lani Resort has a convenient central location for exploring the Island, with one of the best beaches on the Kohala Coast. We love the natural beauty of the island and the consistently warm weather.

With multiple pools, tennis courts, fantastic Mauna Lani Spa, walking paths, air conditioned exercise room, and meeting room, the Fairway Villas is a wonderful complex for families, couples, singles, young and old. This newer complex is close to the Fairmont Hotel and the Marketplace of the Mauna Lani Resort. We also enjoy the close proximity to many of the best beaches in Hawaii.
