We have third-party vendors who address spas and we cannot control their eta as they are not our employees. This is an amenity that we ask our vendors to address before the check-in and apologize again that it was not done in time. We appreciate you reporting this to us during your stay so that we could get a vendor out to address the issue. We make a note of it and do the needful on an urgent basis. As we are the management company for the house this is something that we can and will address once notified to us as you did. Hello, Tom Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. We are so happy to hear that this property Moose Creek Manor was able to be enjoyed by everyone. Location is such an important factor in booking a property, glad you booked one in a perfect spot. Your Pet deposits refunded back to you taht was deducted. We are strict on this policy due to needing to make sure the home is properly cleaned, inspected, and no operation tasks are in a working status. We are not against early check-in, just have a checklist to complete before arrival. If these items were not completed before check-in time, we would be unable to accommodate an early check-in. We apologize that the home was not cleaned properly before. This is not what we like to hear from our tenants, and not up to our standards. We will make note of the home not being properly cleaned and address it right away with our cleaning staff. We appreciate you addressing this. Barbecue grills may or may not be cleaned between tenants. Unfortunately, the city of Big Bear Lake does not pick up trash from vacation rentals, due to the trash possibly sitting out for days, being accessible to some of the critters we have up here. We do notify this upon check-in when accepting the terms and agreements, arrival instructions, and in the home. Unfortunately due to COVID-19, we require a 24-time gap between tenants. We were unable to grant a late check out due to this affecting another tenant's time gap. You will get your refund within 21 days of your visit after inspecting the property in which you stay.
