I've been to Jamaica 5 times and each and every time. Alvin and Chris have been consistent with the quality of service and I appreciate them both.

This spot is excellent if you're looking for something close to Ochi. The beach is a 5 minute walk, but you will have to pay for food and drink, since you're unable to bring anything in. Average drink is 10-15 USD and food is 15 to 20 USD. The card for beach access is 50 USD. If staying in the cottage, be aware that the pool access is limited based on whether the guests in the main house are ok with you using it, since they have priority use. The bed and pillows were also so hard that it made sleep difficult. That being said, we enjoyed our stay and the Caretaker of the property, Chris, was very responsive and easy to work with.

The room was just as expected and the property manager, Chris, was awesome. The pool was excellent. My son and I had a lovely stay and we really enjoyed the privacy, peace and quiet.

Great little cottage and very relaxing. Cozy space and super comfortable. Especially appreciated the access to a private beach which was wonderful.

The place is in a good location and what really makes it great is that we got a card for free access to the local beach. It was very clean when we arrived and Chris, the superintendent was very helpful and accommodating. He even lent us his umbrella when it rained! The grounds are well kept and create a nice clean setting. There's even a swimming pool!

Alvin and Chris’ property is beautiful and a great place to be after spending time out on the town in Jamaica! Really love the privacy of the property and how close it is to a lot of great food places! Definitely will be coming back!

A Wonderful Stay in a Charming CottageMy daughter and I had a lovely stay in this charming cottage, set in beautifully maintained grounds. The peaceful surroundings, combined with access to a swimming pool, made it a perfect getaway. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and Ocho Rios town is only a 7-minute drive—very convenient for exploring the area. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely return the next time we’re in Ocho Rios.

Private and quiet! Exactly what I was looking for.

Great place short walk to beach. You had to share the beach with the big resort guests spilling over from next door but there was always a lounger or spot available. Restraunt in beach had great food. Just a nice spot for some quiet relaxation.

Quiet stay

I loved my stay. It was a quiet cottage where i could hear my thoughts andbest of all take walks to the beach every morning. The caretaker mr Chris was amazing.

Second time around

We rented this cottage back in January for 5 weeks. We're back for 2.5 weeks and are still loving it. Chris the property manager is great and always comes through, whatever you need. The beach is 5 minutes walk away and has a wonderful restaurant with great food and service.

Amazing, quiet get away!

It is really refreshing to be in a natural environment filled with trees, flowers and the cool ocean breeze. The pool and 2 jacuzzi's are just the icing on the cake! Chris is a great host that frequently checks in and is very responsive to any of your needs!

Mr Chris was very welcoming & helpful, however both hot tubs were out of use, 1 had a leak the other had dirty water & not been cleaned so could not use them which I was really looking forward 2

Family reunion

My brothers stayed in this cottage as the larger of the family stayed in the main house. It was great being close to everyone. It was as advertised. We hung out mostly at the main house with our extended family. Chris was great! He assisted us with transport, cooking and whatever was needed during our stay.
