"High Cotton" is the home that will have you and your guests pre-reserving for years to come! Enjoy it's high ceilings, gourmet kitchen, luxury furnishings and the VIEW! Perfect family home for a DeBordieu beach vacation. Wonderfully decorated and spacious this four bedroom home features two king size suites on the lower level as well as an open living/dining and kitchen combination. Wide porch and screened in area on the Oceanside make a perfect place to relax and enjoy the perfect South Carolina weather. Upstairs guests will find two additional bedrooms with private bathrooms and an additional living room with balcony overlooking the beach. Wifi, cable, keurig, tea kettle, elevator, garage and much more! DeBordieu is truly one of the best kept secrets of The Grand Strand place where families vacation to get away from the hustle and bustle. Enjoy this gem for a week, a month or a long weekend!

Beautiful, clean, well-maintained property. 3 couples were very comfortable with enough space for both group gathering and privacy. Well stocked kitchen. Nice linens/comfortable bedding.Perfect location for sunrise.

High Cotton is such a wonderful beach house. We should know, we basically spent the entire time inside! From the view to the layout of the common areas to the comfort and privacy of the bedrooms, we couldn't have asked for more. It also had the best equipped kitchen we've ever seen. We'll be back - hopefully with some sunshine next time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation week was most enjoyable for our family of 8 and our accommodations were excellent. We couldn't control the extreme hot weather or the jellyfish, but this well appointed beachfront home made our stay one to remember. The location on the south end of the beach felt like we were on our own private beach and we picked up some of the largest shark teeth in years. Very convienence to Georgetown's wonderful waterfront restaurants and shopping the South Strand. Can't wait to next year's vacation thru Tidelife Vacation Rentals!
