Heritage Classic Inn B&B - Room 1

After a day of exploring, relax in your bedroom, on a comfortable queen-sized bed. Our bedrooms are clean and all renoved. Your comfort is our number one priority. In this bedroom you have a private entrance, private sunporsh and an AC unit.


Bathrooms are shared however you will find a sink in your bedroom.This house was built in the thirties and was formerly the "Minister Home".
The house has been renovated by the owner keeping his rustic side!

We are located in the pretty village of Hunter River. In the village you can find a Pharmacy, an Irving, a Post office, a German bakery, a bakery & café, a Subway, a Library, the Harmonie House Theatre, a Wood-shop and more. (all in walking distance).

Lovely hosts! Unique and interesting place and very close to a fantastic restaurant. We booked last min and the host was wonderful about communication and welcoming us. We had a nice room with the addition of our own small sunporch! Breakfast the next morning was a variety of many different items that we could just help ourselves to. We'd stay again! And don't touch Jack the Great Dane, but do let him sniff you and enjoy that big beautiful boy by just standing beside him.

Sylvette is a dedicated and conscientious host! She is quietly moving behind the scenes to ensure things are clean and well stocked. The location at the middle of the island made day trips easy and efficient. Bedroom 1 is a bit of a walk (in the night) to the bathroom, but the private entrance was appreciated. Breakfast was a deluxe version of continental breakfast that was a wonderful way to begin each day!

This was a very convenient location on PEI. We were able to do the Coastal Drives easily. Breakfast was good especially her homemade coffee cake. The bathroom is shared but there are only three rooms. Laundry facilities are available and easy to use.

Wonderful stay with a great host! Room was clean and has a private entrance too. Note that the bathroom is shared but it is listed in the description.

Tremendous

We loved PEI, the people were gracious wherever we went and and the island was beautiful. We loved the place where we stayed. It was central to all the locations we visited and the hosts were gracious and so very helpful. They know the area well and were most helpful in deciding places to visit.

The location of the property is conveniently located to some of the major tourist attractions on the island... including Cavendish, and the north beaches. The host is very friendly and accommodating to any need. She made us feel welcome.

Perfect Stay

Sylvette and Steph have a great place central to the island. Clean and hospital. Many amenities. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Accommodated my food allergies. Would definitely return!

Hospitality was awesome. Room was super clean and very quiet. Continental breakfast was perfect…several breads, bagels, fruit, cereals and a special treat. Highly recommend for a restful sleep and good recommendations for things to do and see. This little couple and B&B have it all. Thanks for all your hard work and friendly hospitality.

Relaxing

Sylvette is a great hostess, we had our own entrance to our lovely, large room with an enclosed porch and also a porch outside as well. They treated our dogs just their own and that sat well with us too. I’d certainly recommend the Heritage Classic Inn to anyone.

Wonderful Short Stay

Sylvette and Stéphane Have beautiful and comfortable B&B! They were both engaging and my wife enjoyed speaking and discussing French language with them both. Interesting collection vintage memorabilia and handmade woodworks. We will be back.

A very good experience. The property was well looked after by attentive owners. We enjoyed the eclectic decorating style... antiques and collectibles thoughtfully curated. Our room was clean, bright and warm. The shared bathroom was not the most desirable, but it was clean and modern. Also loved the beautiful restored muscle car and Harley as part of our experience.

Unfortunately, we were only able to stay one night. The room was comfortable and cozy. Sylvette was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. As we never experienced a shared bathroom before, we were unsure what to expect. It was a non issue and we would now consider a shared bathroom again. Breakfast was simple but plentiful. The location was convenient. We would recommend Sylvette’s B&B.

What a great find!

We got such a nice welcome as Sylvette was there to meet us when we got there on our bikes. We had a super cute room with a private entrance since we had our dogs with us. I wished we had more time to explore her antique store than she had on site. We were able to walk to dinner which was close by. Then, of course, we went to the nearby ice cream shop for dessert.

Most inviting and comfortable stay!

We spent 7 nights at Heritage B&B and were incredibly pleased with our hosts and the accommodation! We like to travel extensively around the island and Hunter River is a great central home base location. Sylvette thought of every detail to make our stay most comfortable - we stayed in Room 1 and had our own private porch and entrance which was fantastic for our dog. The Heritage Home is beautiful and our room and the washroom were impeccable. Breakfast every morning was a wonderful way to begin each of our touring days. We had to bring our 16 year old daughter last minute and Sylvette accommodated this without hesitation. Thank you so much for making us feel at home. We will be sure to see you again! Hôtes très sympathiques et dévoués. L’endroit est accueillant et on se sent bien. Hunter River est situé près des attraits principaux.Notre séjour d’une semaine était très agréable.

When we arrived we received a very friendly welcoming, There was everything there that we needed for our stay . I highly recommend room #1 if it's available. If we did need anything no matter how small she replied very quickly. Definitely would stay there again . I highly recommend it
