Escape to the heart of Sunshine Beach with this beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, perfectly placed just minutes from Sunshine Beach village's cafés, shops and restaurants, and the patrolled surf beach. You can start the day with a swim between the flags, wander up for brunch in the village, and be back on your balcony in time for an afternoon drink.

Inside, the open-plan living and dining area is light, relaxed and air-conditioned, so it's a comfortable place to unwind after a day in the sun. The kitchen has everything you need for easy holiday meals, including an oven, stove, dishwasher, toaster and a pod coffee machine. Step out onto the covered balcony, furnished with outdoor seating, and enjoy the coastal breeze over a morning coffee or a lazy evening meal.

The main bedroom has a queen bed, mirrored built-in robes and its own ensuite. The second bedroom has two single beds, which is ideal for kids or friends travelling together. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans to keep you cool on warm nights. The main bathroom has a bath tub, a welcome treat for little ones after a day at the beach. A full laundry with washer and dryer makes longer stays easy, and linen and beach towels are provided, so you can pack light.

The complex offers a lift, secure undercover parking for one car, and a sparkling swimming pool for guests to enjoy. When you're ready to explore, Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach are just a short drive away. You can also take the scenic coastal walk through Noosa National Park, one of the region's most beautiful walks, to reach Noosa Main Beach on foot.

Relaxed, convenient and only moments from the sand, this is the perfect base for couples or small families wanting a laid-back Sunshine Beach getaway.

We unfortunately didn’t have a positive experience with this property, primarily due to cleanliness. The location and communication were great though! Cate also provided 500 compensation for the poor cleanliness.

We sincerely apologise that the cleanliness of the property did not meet your expectations. As soon as your concerns were raised regarding the issue, we offered to have our cleaner return to address the issues, however this offer was declined. Our cleaner did subsequently return to the property to provide fresh linen during your stay. We take all guest feedback seriously and, in recognition of the inconvenience caused, we provided compensation of $500. While we are disappointed that your experience was not entirely positive, we appreciate your comments as they help us continue to improve our service for future guests.

'Stay Utopia' are a really great facilitator, and would def book with them again as host. The apt was everything you need a stones throw from Sunshine beach, and very convenient. We did have to do an additional wipe over clean to be honest, as it felt like the dirty water in the sink had been used to do floor, counter tops etc, and there was a grit across all the benches, and sink was left filthy, but after our light clean it was fine. Furniture and design is simple and clean for a beach holiday - everything easily wipes down. We had an ant infestation which was unfortunate and tried to deal with that ourselves which was slightly unpleasant - there were signs of them when we came in so certainly the cleaners would have known, but just left I would guess. New cleaners and the place would be perfect. Great location, simple decor, very efficient host, top convenience - and GREAT shops and cafes and surf club to boot a few minutes walk away :)

Convenient apartment in the heart of Sunshine Beach

Lovely location but disappointed with the access to the unit. We had to enter via the car park in the basement. Unfortunately the key lock was faulty and tricky to open. Very obliging property management team came to help us. Another resident shared a code to the front gate which made entry so much easier. The apartment only has ac in the living are and the fans in the bedroom were not very efficient. Once again the property manager was very obliging and dropped off another fan. We loved the outlook from the living room. The greenery was beautiful and the bifold doors when opened created a very extensive living area. Sad to leave.

Lovely spot in Sunshine beach

Such a lovely neat unit, close to the beach and cafes. We were very comfortable staying here.
