This cottage is located on a country road away from it all. It's only 15-20 miles from Natural Bridge State Park and The Red River Gorge. The nearest town is Beattyville. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths on three floors. Enjoy the peace and quiet with all the comforts of home. Relax on the large front porch in a rocking chairs or porch swings or sit at the patio table on the back deck in the trees. Your family and friends will enjoy spending fun time together in the game room or relaxing in the hot tub.

The property was perfect for our family of six adults and one young teenager. The game room was great for entertainment and football game viewing. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. We also enjoyed the double porch swings. Also loved the location, close to the Natural Bridge.

We were very happy with our stay! The house was clean, and the pictures well-represented the house. The game room was a wonderful space to relax and unwind after a day exploring the outdoors. The kids loved that space! The owners quickly responded to messages, and the check-in/out process was seamless. I would highly recommend this property!

This was such a nice house, secluded from everything. It was just what our family needed for some much needed down time. The house was perfect, with room for everyone. I enjoyed my coffee on the front patio as the rain fell. The hot tub was great after a long day away and the game room kept my son busy.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. We were joking on our way out that we should just move here. Having 3 teenagers, this house was perfect. The place was well stocked with anything you may need for the week, including a waffle maker! The game room was outstanding. The only downside was certain games were unable to be played on the arcade. But there was plenty to do, where it really wasn't an issue.

We had a lovely stay and were able to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner in that kitchen! There was also a group of turkeys that visited daily. We loved it!

We enjoyed our stay at this cottage. The cottage is well appointed and was stocked with everything we needed. Our party of 8 had a great time. Great location and the view from the front was beautiful!

Perfect place for my family and parents. Everything was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed playing ping pong and pool and not being too far away from hiking. It was nice to have the TV downstairs so the sports watchers didn't disturb the others.

Peaceful family getaway

Very peaceful property tucked back in the country and only 20min from red river gorge and many other popular hikes in Daniel Boone. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was amazing, they have everything you can even think of to make for a fantastic getaway. From the hot tub, pool table and games. I forgot to bring a lighter to start our fire but they had one!!! I will definitely stay here agin if I visit in the future.

Talk about getting away from it all and enjoying beautiful scenery along with perfect privacy and sweet seclusion this place is a gem! Fun stay and relaxing at the same time. Comfortable beds a long with all the amenities you will need! The hot tub is perfect and easily accommodates 4-adults. The walk out basement finished game room is a nice touch. On top of all of it the host was extremely friendly and accommodating, although we had no problems he told us to let him know if there were any. Awesome Stay!!!

Great place to stay. Very clean and plenty of room. Nice game room in case it’s too hot to hike or raining. Close to all the hiking spots. Unfortunately didn’t get to use the hot tub because it was to hot/humid to enjoy.

Really nice, clean house!

Some friends and I stayed here for New Year's Eve weekend and we had a blast! The owners are very nice and welcoming! The house was really nice and clean. I would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful place to get away.

This home is located at the end of the road, somewhat secluded , with beautiful views all around. I loved just sitting on the front porch watching the sun go down.My kids had so much fun in the game room and the hot tub was amazing! Plus Red River Gorge Hiking and activities are just a short drive away! Would totally stay here again!

Relaxing place away from the city.

Had a great friends/family vacation away from the city over the long weekend. Great place to get away and enjoy the outdoors. Plus the house had a great game room and a hot tub we all enjoyed after a full day of hiking. Would recommend this place and would also stay here again when we come back to visit.

We are James and Elizabeth Roach. We have lived on Tip Top Road in Beattyville most of our 32 years of marriage. We have two daughters, Megan and Michaela. We also have Bill's Place Cabin vacation rental on Tip Top Road. We purchased this house in 2014 and decided to offer it as a vacation rental as well. We love living here and want to offer visitors an opportunity to enjoy it too.
