Great Place to Stay!!’

We stayed here from 1/29-2/28/2023. Everything about our stay was terrific. The owner was very responsive to any concerns. The house was great for us and in a perfect location. It was so good we immediately booked it for next year .We highly recommend this property.

Charming, central location and great host.

What a delightful place to spend our 3-week stay in Boca. Echoing others, location provided ready walking access to beaches, recreation, provisions and entertainment. Accomodation are charming and comfortable and Shuja is responsive and very nice. Would highly recommend.

Great week in Boca Raton!

We came down for a wedding, and decided to make a week of it and stay a few miles from the venue. The house was clean, location was excellent, and there was plenty of room for the five of us. Nice private fenced in backyard - we were able to have family over for a nice pizza party on the patio! Owner was super nice and helpful - house was ready for us when we walked in the front door. Plenty of beach chairs and an umbrella were handy and helpful on our beach days! Thanks for a great stay!

ideal location

very comfortable property, with large enclosed backyard for our dog. Within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and beach. The owner couldn't have been more accommodating and attentive.

A great Boca experience

The property was clean and well cared for, in a quiet neighborhood. The owner had bottles of water and fruit awaiting us when we arrived. Very nice furnishings, including a big flat screen in the living room with an Apple TV unit connected. Excellent location, convenient for exploration of Boca and surrounding communities. Highly recommended VRBO experience!

Clean & comfortable - great for my family with kids

We had a great stay at Shuja's place. The description and photos are very accurate. The place is clean, well-furnished, and had everything we needed to enjoy our 10-day stay with our 5- and 7-year-olds + grandpa. The fenced back yard was a great place for our kids to run around or play in the sprinkler (there was a hose and we bought a small sprinkler to use). The neighborhood was a real neighborhood, with friendly folks who waved when they walked by, and it felt very safe. A short drive to the beach, and the house comes with beach towels & chairs and a beach umbrella to use! The kitchen had everything you'd need - pots and pans of all sizes, decent knives, cooking utensils, plenty of kitchen towels, coffee maker & filters, blender, toaster oven. The solar shades did a great job at keeping the heat at bay and the A/C was top notch + ceiling fans in every room. The beds & bedding were very comfortable, as was the living space. Shuja was very friendly and always prompt to reply to any inquiries we had.

Lovely stay

Could not have asked for more. House was as described; stocked with all the necessary items to make your stay seamless. Loved having a backyard with a BBQ. Close to many great restaurants and the beach. Loved our stay!!!!

Wonderful Stay

Second time staying at this property. Everything is as stated in the description. Owner is easy to reach with any questions. We like the location and having an enclosed backyard for our dog. An enjoyable stay.

Nice!

Located in a really nice, quiet neighborhood close to shops & restaurants. Owner replies within minutes of email/text and is very accommodating. Shower in the main bath could use some more pressure, but overall we have zero complaints. Truly enjoyed the house and would highly recommend if you’re staying in Boca.

Beautiful home and perfect area. Close to beaches, shopping, activities.

We had a wonderful time. The home exceeded expectations. Complimentary fruit, water, beach towels and beach chairs were provided by host, Shuja. We already booked for next year. The host was very friendly, accommodating for any home concerns of which were minimal. We really recommend this home if your are searching for a great place to stay. Very adult, family friendly!!

Perfect rental!

Me and my family rent a lot for hour vacations and business trips, would have to say one of the best rentals till date! The host is readily available and tentative to your comfort ! House was clean very updated and great fenced in yard for your pets if you are traveling with them. We came as a family of 6 with 3 dogs! Very spacious and quite neighborhood around all the best shopping and restaurants in Boca!! Can’t wait to go back, will be my go to rental!

Perfect Place For Our Needs

We were looking for a value-priced single-family home that is near Mizner Park, near the beach, has multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, and has a large fenced-in backyard for our two dogs. We were very pleased to find that this property has been thoroughly remodeled and has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great beds and couches plus cable TV, wifi, great AC, good landscaping, sun shades, outdoor grill, microwave, and a kitchen stocked with needed utensils (pots, pans, plates, glasses, silverware, etc.). The location was ideal for using bicycles as our primary form of transportation. The owners were very welcoming, friendly, accessible, flexible and helpful. We would recommend this property to anyone with needs similar to ours.

Newly remodeled ranch close to everything in town and the ocean

The house is as described. The owner was very responsive. The location was 7 min drive to the ocean, 10 min to the mall, Whole Foods, movie theater. Easy to get to everything by the Glades RD or the Polmetto Drive Prkw. The house had adequate amounts of dishes, cook ware, but wasn't fully stalked as some other homes I rented through VRBO. I couldn't find a can opener and it would have been nice to have a set of knives, including steak knives. But I am sure the owner will respond to that. It wouldn't be fair not to mention the rail road tracks about 100 yards away, and the train passing by several times a day and night, hence 4 stars. Overall a very positive experience.

Great place & Great Host

This place is so charming. Great modern/clean finishes with everything needed. Immediate proximity to Mizner Park and a long stroll to the beach. Will stay here again.

Simply Amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We defiantly lucked out with this gem of a place. We went there with our 3 girls looking for a place that was centrally located and had everything we needed for our extended stay. I have to say from the moment we pulled up to the property we were in love. Once inside we were blown away how the owner did an amazing job in the décor and the amenities. Definitely these far exceed my expectations in every way. Once there we were in the middle of everything from fine dining, shopping, and beaches. We also took advantage of the close proximity of Disney and went there for a couple of days and then back to property for the remainder of our trip. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place that has it all and then sum. Thanks for making our trip so amazing!!!!!!!

Great little place in a great location

We absolutely loved Shuja's place! Check in and check out was super easy and the place was spotless! There's no pictures of the bathrooms but they are remodeled and super clean just like the kitchen! We had access to Netflix, Hulu, and HBO as well as cable. He provided us with towels, beach chairs and fresh fruits in the fridge. Location is excellent. You are about 5-10 mins away from beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, a popular luxury mall, and other shops. We had a great time and would definitely stay again!

Bought this house primarily for personal use, but it's empty when most people travel to FL (I'm one of those few people that prefer the summer months in FL since that's the best time for fishing!)
