On The Lake. - Year Round Fun -Stay Somewhere Special

This basement apartment has its own entrance, kitchen, large bathroom with seperate shower and jetted tub, three bedrooms with queen size beds, large games room with pool table, football table and family room with gas fireplace and large TV

Backyard has fire pit, gazebo, and dock with benches to enjoy the mountain view, and lake. The lake is stocked with trout for fishing summer or winter. The lake has a beach for summer enjoyment. We have kayaks, peddle boat and row boat to go to the beach. We have life jackets, skates fire wood, and fishing equipment for your use.

Stay somewhere special!

Stay for a night, a few days, a week or a month or more. We do ask that location not be used as a Party venue. Out of respect for the neighbourhood, with approval, you can have up to 6 visitors during limited hours in the back yard area.

Absolutely wonderful

The setting is beautiful and you feel like you are at a cottage. The suite was clean and well-maintained. Beds were very comfortable. Herb and Brenda were great hosts and very helpful. We were able to have a late checkout and Herb offered to drive us to the airport! Would love to come back and definitely recommend.

Short stay after trip to Banff

Our stay was enjoyable in this walkout basement property thanks to several features…ample space making it ideal for families. It offered a great view of the lake. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a day of activities. The neighborhood was quiet and the property offered a good selection of TV channels. Although we didn’t use them, the inclusion of lake toys adds an extra layer of fun. The outdoor seating area was a nice spot to enjoy a cup of coffee. The only minor issue and suggestion would be to fix the stove fan, which would be beneficial for those who like to cook. Despite this, our stay was enjoyable.

Well equipped family space

Our teens loved the space, and the pool table. Weather wasn't good during our stay, but lake was so pretty and firepit/outside area seemed perfect.

Great Suite on the Lake

Beautiful Property in Perfect Location

This property has it all! We greatly appreciated the clean, comfortable and spacious property which was well stocked with all the amenities we needed, as well as a great stock of board games, books, foosball & pool tables, if you wanted to hangout inside. A summer delight if you wanted to be outside with a many seating areas over looking the lake, and the hosts kindly supplied water toys if you wanted to swim, fish and kayak. The hosts were thoughtful and accessible if needed. Will be back!! Thank you for making our trip memorable!!

Memorable stay!

Great location on the shore of Arbour Lake with a unique suite layout. The circular kitchen and hallway was fun and imaginative. Unbelievable range of amenities suited everyone in our family. The lake and dock were enjoyable additions. Clean, comfortable, bright, spacious, easy parking, walkable to Crowfoot Centre (shops). Communication with hosts was excellent- clear and prompt responses. Special shout out to the hosts who were able to accommodate our last minute schedule change.- thank you! Look forward to conquering the lake’s inflatable iceberg next time!

Excellent location

Our stay at arbour lake was amazing. The hosts were accommodating and the unit was very clean and spacious. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting Calgary. The location of this house was close to many amenities.

We are Herb and Brenda and would like to share what we have enjoyed for many years. We spent many years in the relocation business helping individuals relocate internationally. This gave us the opportunity to travel and now that we have retired we spend a lot of time enjoying Calgary, our guests and our location.

Staying in our suite is a time to remember. You get about 1600 sq. ft. of quality construction living area with 3 bedrooms, a large bathroom and a very large games room, kitchen eating area and family room. You will not even think you are in a lower suite.

Location is important and we are located on the lake which during the summer and winter guests can enjoy a list of fun things from a beach, swimming, boating to skating, curling and hockey.

Located close to shopping and eating out at all types of restraunts.

Also located with easy access to get to the mountains or downtown.
