Lina is quick to respond to any questions and was able to accommodate our requests.I would absolutely recommend her place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the woods.

This is a beautiful home. We were very happy with all the amenities. The backyard is so peaceful. This was the perfect place for a relaxing long weekend. The home was close to all the quaint towns we explored. Top 10!

Lina is an exceptionally considerate host - communication was clear throughout the stay, and she anticipates many small needs of her guests, like providing a small amount of food in the fridge (having a few eggs on hand turned out to be clutch!), chargers already plugged into the wall, coffee available, and a book with instructions on where to find anything you might need.The property itself is contemporary, comfortable and clean, and we really enjoyed viewing the spectacular fall colors of the trees in the back yard. Very easy to get to Catskill, Leeds and Athens from this location. We felt very comfortable and happy to recommend this stay.

Peaceful weekend stay

My partner and I had such a peaceful weekend at Lina’s place. It was a beautiful property, inside and out! She included so many thoughtful details in the stay, and working with her made everything simple and stress-free. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about this home, and can’t wait to stay again.

Beautiful house

The house was cozy and beautiful. Just the perfect size for my husband and I and our 16 year old grandson. We will be back.

I reserved this property as a pre-first baby getaway ("babymoon") for my niece. Here is her review:We loved our babymoon at this cabin. Our time was spent exploring what the surrounding towns had to offer, such as farmers markets and waterfalls and kayaking. The location was peaceful and stocked with eveything you might need for your getaway, such as a grill, a fireplace, stocked fridge and board games!

Perfect setting!

This house was perfect! The location was desirable to the things we wanted and needed to do. The inside of the house was perfect and had everything we needed for our stay. Outside was a peaceful, wooded setting and allowed for a perfect place to relax and unwind from your busy lives. We plan on returning one day soon!

Peace in the woods!

We enjoyed our stay from the moment we drove in and found an adorable navy blue house with a bright yellow door! The flowers and trees said “welcome, stay here and enjoy nature and find serenity!” Everything was new, clean and well supplied! We cooked in the full kitchen, grilled our back and sipped coffee on the front deck. We’ll come again as there is lots to see including art, mountains and local farm stands. Thanks it was a great stay!

Chuck and Christie were wonderful guests. They enjoyed the house and the gardens planted with flowers that attract the butterflies and hummingbirds. As someone who enjoys this as well, it’s greatly appreciated. They are welcome to come back anytime.

Perfect long weekend getaway

Adorable little house, everything renovated and moderns with lots of personal touches and decor. Very comfortable, good heat, wifi, etc. Lots of cool towns and hiking within 20-30 mins driving. The sense of hospitality was above and beyond with plentiful grocery items in the kitchen and personal mementos to take home. Hoping very much to come back soon, thank you Lina.
