Winter Park Short-Term Rental Registration No. 001347

Minimum stays (3 - 5 nights) are required during holidays and high seasons/ festivals throughout the year. One night stays are only considered.
Please inquire with your dates before booking if you are unsure!

Great place for a large family or two families to share. This is a four-bedroom, fully equipped, luxury town home across the street from the base of the Winter Park ski resort. Big enough to sleep ten in the bedrooms and to seat 13 in the dining room area. Two of the bedrooms are master suites, each with king-sized beds and full baths.
In addition to providing a picture postcard view of the ski area, the unit also has a Jacuzzi, heated one-car garage, wireless internet service, radiant floor heating, washer, dryer, and 3 TVs.

Two more bedrooms and a full bath are found on the top level of the town home. One bedroom has bunk-bed style bedding. This room houses a twin over a full. The fourth bedroom contains a double bed with a twin-sized trundle pull-out. There is also a small seating area on this top level which can be used as an office.

The free local bus does pick up and drop off at the end of Antler Way.

Great location and really good place. Short shuttle ride to slopes hot tub is awesome. Two masters was awesome and kids upstairs was great. Only thing I would say is the updating for the unit is coming due and overall amazing unit and awesome location.

Great location, less than 5 minutes to Winterpark parking lots. Nice place for families or families traveling together.

Great Space, in a Great Location

The two master bedrooms were nice and very spacious. We loved the great room feel of the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The hot tub was also lovely and easy to access.

This unit is a fantastic layout for dual-family groups—one of my favorites of the many Lakota properties I have stayed in! The hot tub on the main level porch looking toward the resort was wonderful and the host’s responsiveness fantastic. We had the hot tub trip a breaker one night and couldn’t find the breaker box—they answered right away, and we were good to go (didn’t happen again during the remainder of our stay). The kitchen was well equipped and the full laundry room downstairs wonderful. The unit does need a good deep clean. Quite a bit of unattended dust throughout the unit that needs some attention, as of the time of our stay. Based on my interaction with the host, I would say she will address promptly. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and this property.

Awesome Mountain Getaway

We just finished a weekend stay and everything was perfect! The condo is clean, comfortable and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. We enjoyed the hot tub on the deck as the snow came down! The bus to the Winter Park base at the end of the street was so convenient. We would definitely stay here again, what a great place. Thank you for sharing your mountain home with us!

Very nice location, well furnished great place for 2 families. Hot tub was a plus for sure. Recommend a few extra blankets and fixing the ice maker / windows so they open.

Great Place in Winter Park

Excellent location, amazing views, hot tub was great, everything about this property was amazing, the VRBO pictures do not do it justice. Only complaint is large cleaning fee and the property manager leaves a huge list that basically makes you clean the place yourself, so they should wave the cleaning fee or get rid of the list.

Great place!

We had an amazing time at the condo. Was much more spacious than the pictures can relate. Great cooking kitchen and very comfortable bedrooms. Awesome deck and hot tub. Only minor consideration is a bit of a walk to the shuttle. If you have young kids you could drive to the end of the street and park near stop.

Annual Ski Trip

Cozy townhouse with plenty of room for 7 adults. Well stocked kitchen. Very close and convenient to Winter Park ski resort. Have to walk down to the end of the street to catch the bus line. But we decided to utilize the G Lot which is free and less than 5 minutes away with a bus that takes you right to the base. Overall great stay.

Winterpark townhouse

This is a wonderful townhouse. Very clean with lots of kitchen items. There were condiments left from previous renters, which was nice. It is close to everything! The only drawback is that the bedroom windows do not open. The locks are all broken. In july, that made for a warm, stuffy night's sleep. Please fix the window casings so they can be opened, to let that wonderful cool and crisp air inside at night. Management can fix this easily. Besides that, it is a great place to stay!!!

Wonderful Family Vacation

The house was large enough for all of us and we enjoyed it. Hot Tub was extra fun as was wonderful stereo attached to the TV. Kitchen easy and large enough for all of us and plenty of dishes, pots and pans and spices, etc. that made cooking easier. We probably would have appreciated a little more information about the place. Like the front door felt like it was locked even though it wasn't and the thermostats were tricky. There was room for four cars all on driveway and we weren't told about that. The buses ran less frequently than we realized. But all in we'd happily come back for another family reunion there.

Everything was as advertised. Short walk to Green Line shuttle for skiing. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Radiant floors in bathrooms are great. Perfect for two families of 4 with younger children. We would stay here again.

Planning on returning

I guess i should start with the property manager, Becky and her husband Jim, who were very helpful to a family of newbies to the skiing experience. They went above and beyond with useful tips to help us plan our first ski vacation. Brought my family of mostly adult children and 3 year old grandson. 6 adults and 2 teens fit comfortably Property was perfect size and short walk to the bus/shuttle To town and resort for skiing. Very warm and cozy. kitchen perfect size for us to do family meals in morning and evening. Plenty of room for all. Enjoyed the hot tub and view of the mountains. Garage fit our extended bed truck. We enjoyed so much we are Planning on returning for annual family ski trip.
