Welcome to Barona Beach! BARONA BEACH IS ONE OF THE FEW PROPERTIES NOT AFFECTED BY THE SHORT TERM RENTAL BAN IN BC. Enjoy this perfect getaway in the sunny Okanagan. This 1 bedroom condo at Barona Beach Resort sleeps 4. Conveniently located on the main floor, on the quiet side of the complex. The bedroom has a queen bed with comfortable pillow top mattress. Living room has a queen pull out couch. In suite laundry. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a gas stove. The deck features stainless steel BBQ complete with patio furniture. The resort offers amenities such as salt water pool, hot tub, gym and over 600 feet of sandy beach. Close to wineries, golf courses, restaurants and shopping.
Downtown Kelowna is only a 15 min drive away.
WIFI and cable included. 1 parking stall just in front of the unit.

The condo was just what we needed for our visit to Kelowna. It was a little noisy, with people coming and going as it is next to the lobby at front of the complex. The grounds and pool seem well maintained. We really liked our stay and the host was great.

Lovely one bedroom condo with partial view of the lake. Quiet and peaceful. Condo is nicely appointed with everything we needed for our stay. Easy check-in. We would book again

We have stayed at Barona beach many times and it does not disappoint. This unit was clean and quiet. It’s on main floor and parking spot right outside the door which was convenient. Nice beds and new linens and towels was appreciated. Will come back to this unit again.

The apartment was perfect, fully equipped and in a lovely location. The resort on the lake was more than expected and we basically had the place to ourselves since it was before just before May long weekend. Views were lovely and a winery (The Frind) in walking distance! Thank you Andrew! Ann, Lisa, & Lori

Barona Beach is such a beautiful location, right on the water and in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. The condo was exactly as described, so cute and cozy, and communication with Andrew was wonderful with quick response times. Hiking trails, wine tours/tastings close by and in walking distance. Grocery stores, shops and restaurants all conveniently close to the condo.Neighbours within the Barona Beach Community were so friendly. We would be happy to book with Andrew at Barona Beach again if given the opportunity.

this is the second time we have stayed at Barona Beach, and plan to stay again next year, we love the area, the view, and the friendliness of the people who live there, very helpful, wonderful area to take a walk, close to dining area if you wish. very tidy and well maintained, only one thing, there was sugar ants, traps were put out to remove them, and the carpet had a few stains, but these items we no problem with us

Room was clean with nice decor. Parking is great. We did not have a chance to use the pool or hot tub. Hot tub appeared to be closed, anyway. Nice to be on ground floor, but you can really hear people above you. Stomping and running above us was very loud, most of day. I guess there’s not much you can do about that, except stay on top floor.

Great stay, lovely location and property, great communication with the owner.

Great property for a small family. Amenities, location just as described. Owner very promp to answer any questions. We would go back for sure and recommend to other people

Had a wonderful stay. Location was perfect. Everything we could’ve asked for. We had no issues at all. The host was very thorough with how to check in and get into the place. Kids loved the pool. Overall a great place and would book here again. The only critique we have is the temperature setting was set to a minimum of 19. Would’ve been nice to make it be a little cooler in the place.

Wonderful Vacation Property

My daughter, son-in-law and 2 year old grandson had a wonderful time. The unit was well equipped, comfortable and lovely. The beach and pool, along with the playground and winery within walking distance allowed them to vacation without the need to get in their car. We will definitely return!

Great stay

Loved the place the location and the host was very prompt at getting back to me. Very clea lb and we’ll kept. The only thing was the noise “of equipment”, I don’t know if it was above a service room. But I’m use to sleeping in rural places.

Amazing West Kelowna experience

The property was gorgeous. The condo is well kept and well stocked. Andrew was very prompt in responding to my queries. We are in the quiet area of the resort which we appreciate. We love the warm outdoor pool and tub. The groceries are about 10 mins away but very close to wineries/ restaurants. I highly recommend his place.
