Welcome to our new luxury ski home—Heavenly Killington—situated directly on the Killington Access Road. Built with modern design and state-of-the-art amenities, this house offers the ultimate retreat for groups and families. Whether you drive or take the free ski shuttle that stops right at the doorstep, you’re just minutes away from Killington’s main lodge and all its renowned mountain activities. Two beautiful units, entertainment, hot tub. Large parking lot for 10+ cars with Tesla charger.
The House:
This energy-efficient, modern home comfortably sleeps 16 guests across two fully-equipped duplex units. Each unit has its own kitchen, living room, and bedrooms, making it perfect for large groups or families traveling together. With seven bedrooms and four bathrooms in total, you’ll have plenty of space to unwind. Enjoy high-end appliances, quartz and granite countertops, cathedral ceilings, plenty of light, and a cozy gas fireplace. For relaxation after a day on the slopes, soak in the 7-person hot tub or take in the mountain views from the two decks and balcony.
The Location:
Perfectly positioned at 308 Killington Rd., our home is in the heart of everything Killington has to offer. With over 200 ski trails of diverse terrain, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, legendary nightlife, fine dining, and more, you’ll never run out of things to do. Whether you’re here for the slopes or après-ski, the house’s prime location makes it the ideal spot for your Killington adventure.
Green & Smart Living:
The house is equipped with top-of-the-line green features, including super-insulated walls, LED lighting, and a priority zone boiler to ensure you never run out of hot water. A triple-stage active carbon water filtration system provides the purest deep well water, so you’ll have the best-tasting water, coffee, and tea throughout your stay. Smart home automation, boot dryer, home security, and entertainment options, including 60” TV’s, Alexa, FireTV, Netflix, Disney, Prime, Karaoke with large library of songs and 5.1 HiFi Audio round out the tech-forward experience.
The Space:
Heavenly Killington’s layout provides flexibility for different group sizes. The two units are connected by a large foyer and interior stairs, allowing easy access between them.

Bedroom 1 – Queen size bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 2 – Queen size bed, (sleeps 2) + desk and armoire
Bedroom 3 – Twin + Twin over Twin Bunk Bed (sleeps 3)
Office/Bedroom 4 – Sofa and desk + Twin over full bunk bed (sleeps 3)
Bathroom 1 – modern glass shower
Bathroom 2 – shower/bathtub unit
Great Room & Gourmet Kitchen – large open floor plan, huge sectional modern sofa and custom built 10-seat wood artisanal dining table, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, gas stove, dishwasher, fully-equipped kitchen (coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, cooking utensils, etc.)

The property also boasts ample parking for over 10+ cars, including a Tesla 240V 32A charger (available upon request).

- Wireless Internet service provided
- Smart locks for contactless check-in/out
- Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke on the balcony or outdoor decks. There is a fine for smoking in the house

When we were shopping for land to build our dream ski house we wanted to be close to the mountain and everything Killington has to offer. Also, we wanted to be able to come and go safely in inclement weather. The opportunity to built directly on Killington road with easy access to free ski bus was a perfect fit and dream come true.
