Bal Harbour residence

The apartment was as lovely as described. Ellen was an incredibly responsive host. I reached out to her a couple of times and she was wonderful and on top of everything property-related. Would absolutely rent from her again.

Great value and excellent location

The condo was exactly as described. It was nice to have a quiet, relaxing place to come back to after long days out in Miami. Elen made everything very easy. We would stay here again, for sure.

Great Property in a Great Location

Very seamless check-in and we enjoyed our stay. Property is in a great location in the Bal Harbour area with walking/bike trails on the beach side, access to bikes, beach and pool set-ups, and much more. We will be back!

Great view and location!

We had a great stay at this unit. It has a perfect view of both the beach and the famous Haluover Pass. You can watch the boats come through the inlet and brave the rough waters of the pass.... so much fun. I highly recommend this location!

Excellent Stay

We had a great stay, zero complaints. Beautiful property with beautiful views. Excellent location and amenities. Ellen was a fantastic host with great communication; never took longer than 5 minutes to respond. Highly recommended!

Perfect for Families

We had a wonderful stay at the property! Excellent communication with the host prior to arrival, the property was beautiful and perfectly clean and the amenities were 5-star! Highly recommend - especially for discerning travelers.

5 star view and service!!!!

Love this view!!! Love this condo! Love the location! Would definitely rent again! The owner is extremely responsive!!!! If you opt out of housekeeping then bring extra coffee pods. We had 8 Nespresso Virtuoso pods when we arrived which was great! There is a Nespresso store in the Aventura mall to purchase more if you need them. There is public access to the beach but it was not crowded this time of year (end of April). We got to watch the surfers and that was fun. The beach service was great too!!!

Magnificent!!

WOW!! What an amazing place!! We all felt so lucky to stay here:) we enjoyed the views off the balcony, the amazing breezes, the spectacular pool and beach ( with service) and the restaurant in the hotel. Everything was beyond perfect! We can’t wait to stay there again!

Perfect getaway

Everything and more as detailed in condo ad. We especially loved sitting out on balcony in the evening watching over the ocean and canal with boats coming and going.

Excellent property!

It was our second stay in the building and our experience was excellent. Unit was in great shape. Ritz Carlton staff had 5 star service. We were sad to hear that the bikes you can use did not have a child seat (it was broken) so the resort rented one for us to use for the weekend.... on the house! Great unit and resort for families with children. Would return a 3rd time. Thank you Ellen.

The apartment itself was wonderful. Gorgeous views

My only critique is that this particular Ritz-Carlton is not very well equipped with restaurants/ bar. Only one and very small. Great location but you have to leave to the hotel for good meals or sundries.

The million dollar view, 5 star service at the Ritz

The view is spectacular! The most beautiful 2 bedroom suite has everything you can imagine. 5 Star customer service from an elite staff that I believe I have yet experienced. The staff is attentive to every need. From the time you awake to be greeted with excellence well staffed to accommodate you With a beach umbrella and lounge chairs ocean front. The suite has 2 glass showers with press of a button blackout shades, lots of space, modern decor that is top of the line. Classy, private elevator entrance into foyer is made for a king. 5 star recommendation.
