The condo was exactly as described. It was nice to have a quiet, relaxing place to come back to after long days out in Miami. Elen made everything very easy. We would stay here again, for sure.

Great view and location!

We had a great stay at this unit. It has a perfect view of both the beach and the famous Haluover Pass. You can watch the boats come through the inlet and brave the rough waters of the pass.... so much fun. I highly recommend this location!

Excellent Stay

We had a great stay, zero complaints. Beautiful property with beautiful views. Excellent location and amenities. Ellen was a fantastic host with great communication; never took longer than 5 minutes to respond. Highly recommended!

Great condo. Fun view of the inlet and beach. Very clean. Some vrbo's look rundown. This one does not. The service at the ritz was great! Worked out at exhale spa attached to the hotel. Weather was not great. We want to come back and will look to book this same condo. 5 stars.

Great Property in a Great Location

Very seamless check-in and we enjoyed our stay. Property is in a great location in the Bal Harbour area with walking/bike trails on the beach side, access to bikes, beach and pool set-ups, and much more. We will be back!

Magnificent!!

WOW!! What an amazing place!! We all felt so lucky to stay here:) we enjoyed the views off the balcony, the amazing breezes, the spectacular pool and beach ( with service) and the restaurant in the hotel. Everything was beyond perfect! We can’t wait to stay there again!

The apartment was as lovely as described. Ellen was an incredibly responsive host. I reached out to her a couple of times and she was wonderful and on top of everything property-related. Would absolutely rent from her again.

5 star view and service!!!!

Love this view!!! Love this condo! Love the location! Would definitely rent again! The owner is extremely responsive!!!! If you opt out of housekeeping then bring extra coffee pods. We had 8 Nespresso Virtuoso pods when we arrived which was great! There is a Nespresso store in the Aventura mall to purchase more if you need them. There is public access to the beach but it was not crowded this time of year (end of April). We got to watch the surfers and that was fun. The beach service was great too!!!

Perfect getaway

Everything and more as detailed in condo ad. We especially loved sitting out on balcony in the evening watching over the ocean and canal with boats coming and going.
