So pleased that Marie enjoyed her stay. The John Buchan Way is easily accessed close to us, there is a Merlin trail close by too and a new trail taking you by the Devil’s Cauldron is being developed. There is also a beautiful walk by Neidpath Castle and into Peebles with car parks close by. We do try to have leaflets for these plus all the castles and country houses close to us as well as good access to Edinburgh and Glasgow and Stirling.

Edinburgh is 3/4 hour and our prices are a fraction of the capital. Peebles is a very attractive town and Glentress is a welknown for its biking trails , particularly favoured by young people.
