Fantastic villa in a fantastic location. The photos look great, but the reality is even better!! everything you need is nearby. you can walk into Kalkan in 20 minutes (steep hill for 2-3 minutes) then fairly level. taxis are plentiful and well priced. restaurants in Kalkan are wonderful many on roof terraces overlooking the harbour. we can twait to return

Perched on a hill, this villa’s pool and view is to die for! While the entire unit is spacious and well-equipped, its charm lies in lounging in or by the pool or dining outside at the large patio table. Being two adult couples we appreciated the more/less equal bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and the amenities for cooking and grilling. By car or taxi, the villa is convenient to restaurants, the weekly market, old town, and the coast; expect steep drives and walking through hilly Kalkan. Many thanks to Liz and the building manager who was welcoming, helpful, and always accessible.

The whole experience was fantastic the moment we saw the view from the patio took our breath away, I have been coming to Kalkan for 12 years and have stayed in a different villa every year and this is the only villa I would return to ,looking to book from next year already,if you can book you will not regret it AMAZING

Beautiful villa ideally situated five minute drive from Kalkan town. The pool was lovely and so was the view and loved the balcony.The daily bread was a nice touch.Internally the villa is a bit dated and in need of a deep clean and tidy of the front garden which on arrival was a bit tired and overgrown , however when you walked in you got the wow factor with the panoramc views and Sunning pool with view. If updated this would be amazing. Would reccomend some nicer bedding.

A true dreamy location. The pool is superb looking out to sea. The views are magnificent and I would absolutely recommend this villa. We have already booked again for next year and cannot wait to return.

Fantastic Villa

The best villa we have stayed in! The views are to die for. Everything you need is in the villa, the Beach Club below is great, restaurants are close by, Supermarket just up the road, can't wait to come back!

Great villa with the best pool and view

We really enjoyed this villa and the area as well. I cannot recommend it higher enough. We loved it so much that we have already rebooked it for next year.

Amazing villa with the nicest view that you’ll ever find…Amazing location in Kalamar Bay and within very close distance to Kalkan Old Town and various great restaurants in Kalamar Bay. Great hosts and great communication with constant care from a local villa management company who clean the pool and pool area almost daily. The fresh bread every morning was also a very kind and nice gesture.Absolutely fantastic holiday and we would love to use this villa again if possible.

Excellent stay

October is our favourite month in Kalkan and Gin and Tonic is our favourite villa. The view from the living area and terrace is spectacular. Liz and the team made sure that our stay was perfect and all our needs were meet. This included a early entry and a late departure, that we were very grateful for. We are already booked for next year.

Stunning view

Lovely week spent in Kalkan in a villa with amazing views. Don’t bother getting a car, it’s easier & very cheap to get taxis everywhere. Highly recommend Kalamar Beach Club which is down the steps at the side of the villa.

Ww stayed one week at Gin and Tonic and loved every single second of it. Every time you xome down the atairs and see that view it takes your breath away. Couldnt fault anything and already making plans to return next year. The villa has literally everything that you could ever think of to make it a home from home. Thank you Liz for all your help and allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. We will be back next year.Gillian and Stephen x

Amazing!!!

Absolutely perfect. The best pool view I have ever seen. Stunning location. Villa was perfect and everything we needed. Communication with Liz was great always on hand and also property manager Kayrn was fantastic. Everything was was amazing and can not fault it. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend it to others. Thank you

Superb!!

A beautiful location, a stunning and very well equipped villa, the generosity of the Maintanance team was second to none! The beach club at the bottom of the villa was absolutely stunning. and a short walk. Everything about the gin and tonic villa was better than the description and pictures! We Will definitely return and would recommend to anyone who wants peace and beauty! Thanks to liz and her team.

Most relaxing holiday ever

Just returned from 2 weeks at Villa Gin and Tonic and have to say it was just wonderful. The villa has a beautiful location overlooking the bay below so you can enjoy watching the boats and water sport activity going by and it’s just a 10 minute walk up a steep hill to get to a good choice of restaurants. The views are simply stunning from the gorgeous pool and the pool people deliver you fresh bread everyday which is absolutely delicious. We have already booked again for next year, we didn’t want to leave and cannot wait to go back. Thank you so much for sharing your villa with us Liz!

Amazing, amazing, amazing!

Outstanding villa. Even better than the photos. Pool was phenomenal. The house had everything we needed. Fresh bread delivered every morning. Karyn on hand to help with anything. An amazing holiday in a beautiful place, made all the better by great people. The only negative is we'll never find a villa as stunning as this one 😀

A little slice of heaven!

Well what can we say? We have just come back from a ten day honeymoon spent at Villa Gin and Tonic… we couldn’t have picked a better place! The views were truly magnificent and the peace and tranquility were second to none! The villa was everything we expected and more. The daily delivery of fresh bread was a lovely extra touch and the welcome pack was great! Liz and Karyn were both very helpful and great hosts. It was our first time visiting Kalkan and we fell in love with both the place and the villa and we we definitely be back!!!!! Thank you for making our honeymoon as special as it was xx

Stunning location

Villa Gin and Tonic is perfectly positioned in one of the most breathtaking spots in the bay — the views are simply unforgettable.We had planned to explore the area with a few tours, but honestly, we couldn’t bring ourselves to leave the villa! It’s that special.We’d absolutely return again.The property management team deserves a special mention — they were incredibly responsive and helpful, turning up within 20 minutes anytime we had a question or issue. Top-notch service that really added peace of mind.A car is definitely helpful — not because things are far, but due to the steep hills typical of this beautiful area.When booking, I had thought it was in Kas, but it’s actually in Kalkan — and what a wonderful surprise that turned out to be.The town centre and seafront are full of fantastic restaurants with a great atmosphere — lively but never loud.
