Quiet view home with desert wash and mtn view

I love the spaciousness of the floor plan, it is elegant while being comfortable and the best part is that it is located across from a huge desert draw with the McDowell Mountains as a backdrop. There are neighbors but is so quiet! Minutes to town. My husband and I are both artists, so the home has an abundance of art of our own and others! Have coffee on the patio and watch the sunrise over the hills and through the palm tree. Master bdrm and great room open to this artsy covered patio.

The home has space available for private interactions or great for a get together. The unique quality that we love about this home is the quiet and private location across from the large desert space with views of the McDowell Mountains. The upper portion of the lot is like our own private arboretum, with walking trails and an area for private reflection or an area to catch some rays, relaxing in the zero gravity chairs provided. We like having an afternoon cool one here and watch the sun on the mountains. We also like the floor plan and decor, classy and comfortable, with most everything one could need. We want it to feel like a guest is visiting their good friend who trusts them with their life and home. There is a spot off the patio with a 30' fence for pups to do their duty and a walking trail across the street.

All parts except a few cabinets in the garage and some of our food items are stored in a buffet and cabinet in the hallway. These will be marked for owner's use.

Unless I happen to be visiting the area. I do have a co-host/friend available that lives a few minutes away, if needed.

The neighborhood is made up of of a variety of SW architecture on the edge of Fountain Hills, just a few minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, golf courses and the lake and fountain. The topography is so interesting and diverse and in our case, our home is so private with just one neighbor visible on the west side.

If one is traveling with pets or small children, this home does not have a fenced yard. There is a walking trail for pets across the street and their is about a 100 sq ft enclosed with a 2' fence of the patio. It is advised that pets be supervised as there is wildlife in the area like coyotes, javelina, and bobcats. There is also a fantastic dog park off Saguaro, one for small dogs and one for large. I have found these to be great for our pups and us too. We like to socialize with other dog lovers!
Smoking outside please. Large parties are not allowed. Neighborhood is quiet. If you want to have large and noisy parties, best choose a different place. Please treat my home as your own and leave it tidy when departing. Keep garage door closed during the day to prevent critters from escaping the heat. If you are conscious of energy use and expense, that is appreciated. Please clean granite counters with soap and water or natural stone cleaner, sharp knives and pots and pans by hand, and tile floors with Odorban or other tile-friendly cleaner, which I provide. Let me know if something is not working or something is dirty when you check in. My house cleaner is excellent but occasionally everyone has a bad day. We aim to provide you a very clean home!
