New floors, cabinetry, countertops, touchless kitchen faucet, spa-like shower/bath/toilets, lighting, including back lite mirrors in both baths.. 58" HD Flat Screen SMART TV in living area, flat screen in master bedroom and guest bedroom. Wireless High Speed available. Leather sectional couch and large leather ottoman. New beds in both bedrooms. Very private, tastefully decorated & fully furnished 2BR/2BA condo with and panoramic views of Red Rock and Four Peaks mountains. Sleeping accommodations include one king bed and one queen bed. Extra large private patio (full patio set including umbrella) facing desert and mountains. Pebble Tec Pool heated at 86 degrees from October throughout the winter, sauna and workout facility next to our condo building. New high efficiency washer and dryer in laundry room adjacent to kitchen.

Condo is equipped with central air-conditioning and heating.

Large private patio with excellent views. Fully equipped with all kitchen, bathing, bedding needs and pool towels, ready for full time or short-term renting needs.

Across the street from Desert Canyon Golf Course. Short, beautiful drive to Scottsdale restaurants and shopping - Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Fashion Square and Old Town Scottsdale. Minutes from Saquaro Lake, McDowell Casino, Eagle Mountain Golf, Sun Ridge Golf, WeKoPa Golf, Tonto Verde Golf and Firerock Golf. Just 20 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Condo is located in beautiful Fountain Hills, the City of Water Fountains and home of tallest fountain.

Perfect location, easy check in. The desert right outside your door if you like that type of thing. We did! Everything that you could want or need for a very fair price!! Will stay again if we’re in the area

Really enjoyed my stay here while I was in Arizona for my 100-mile race. The place was nice, convenient to everything I needed, and exactly as described. Communication with the host was great and check-in was easy. The bed was comfortable, and it was a perfect spot to rest and recharge. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay in Fountain Hills

We had a wonderful stay at this property for one week in May. The unit was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was great and very near to stores, restaurants, etc. We would definitely stay again.

We spent a week at the property while we were in town to close on our new home. The property is very clean and has everything you need. It is in a very good location and a quiet community.

We left today after a delightful stay at the Very,Very Private Condo in Fountain Hills. The condo was exactly as listed and everything was clean, organized and comfortable. The folks around the property were fun to visit with and welcoming at the pool and hot tub. Fountain Hills is a very active community with a beautiful fountain in the center of a wonderful park and community center. Our host was easy to contact…he check in with us early to assist in our stay. I felt he would be responsive if anything was needed. Definitely would choose this property for future AZ adventures.

The pool was out of commission during most of our visit, but it rained for a couple of days so that wasn’t an issue. Property was clean and private as described. Owner was very responsive.

Rented for a week and change and would definitely stay there again, especially in the summer months when the condominium complex is mostly empty.

Absolute Bliss

This little gem has it all. Clean, comfy, amazing views, and access to the pool. Great restaurants and hiking trails are just minutes away. Tim was a wonderful host. Will definitely stay here again!

This property is very private with great views. When you are on the enlarged patio, all you see is desert and mountains and no one can see you. VERY VERY PRIVATE! 58" HD Flat Screen SMART TV and Flat Screen TV's in both bedrooms. Cox Cable with Speech Recognition, not Direct TV.

Pool is heated to 86 degrees year around, hot sauna/tub and workout room all in the same area. All very close to rental condo.

Very Private unit and patio. The condo and patio is ALL on the ground level and one level.....there is a set of stairs you have to walk down to get to the the very private condo, any issues with stairs? No issues with stairs, this is the place for you. If you have issues with stairs, this is not the place for you.

Very Private with large walkout ground level patio with full sized patio furniture and umbrella. Great views and extremely private. 58" HD Flat Screen SMART TV.
