Property is a good size for family of four. Great location not far from tennis club, beaches and val do lobo. Could do with a bit of an upgrade of the sitting room furniture and the WiFi was very slow so we ( incl needy teenagers) relied on my 5G.Overall a great stay with good communication and would deffo book again.

Great stay that exceeded expectations

This is a wonderful and spacious apartment spread out over three floors. It is in a quiet area of Vale Do Lobo so we had a peaceful stay. Great communication with the host who responded quickly and supported us regarding check in time. Would stay again and highly recommend!

Excellent

Had a lovely two week stay in this 2 bed, 2 bath apartment. Plenty of room and fully equipped. The owner was on hand if we had any queries. I would definitely stay again.

Comfortable and clean

Nice apartment with plenty of space and facilities. Comfy beds. A few minor niggles e.g. basin plugs not seating properly, a reclining sun lounger needing attention, very few English TV channels but, all in all, a lovely stay.

No complaints

Really spacious place. Spotless clean. Gorgeous surroundings. Within a 20min walk to everything you need. No complaints at all. Possibly look into getting a card before you arrive for free shuttle/discounts on site/pool entry, etc. Apartment itself is exactly as advertised.

Situated in beautiful spot of Vale Do Lobo, the duplex was lovely, spacious, well equipped & very clean. John was very accommodating & his communication was spot on. Thanks again

A beautiful base for your next holiday

The property is very spacious, well equipped with all the bits and pieces you’ll need, and if you’re looking to cook or run a wash, you have all of the tools at your disposal! 2 balaconies to choose from, great for chilling out in the afternoon sun, with very peaceful surroundings. If you’re in need of a bit of TV, & you like movies, stick it on channel S20! Internet connection was brilliant, perfect for those that need to be online. It’s ideally situated with a 10-15 minute walk to the closest beach, and there’s a few beautiful restaurants serving both lunch and dinner options, and all the food, in my opinion was 5 stars. John was brilliant right from the moment of us booking our stay, responded very quickly to any questions we had and provided with a nice, straightforward and pleasant booking and stay experience, so thanks for making it all so easy John! I’d recommend this to anyone looking for a nice, peaceful & clean base for their holiday. We rented bikes from ‘Bikers’ (just google them) & this was the best way to see the sites, & to generally get around to the neighbouring ‘Quinta’ & nature reserves, which can all be toured either on foot, or on 2 wheels (much quicker!) Can’t wait to come back!

We’ve been here before and always enjoy our stays. The apartment is spotless, communication with John is excellent, and the location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of VDL, close to the beach, restaurants, golf, and the tennis club. The back terraces are great to come back to in the afternoon, perfect for spending the rest of the day relaxing in the sun. We’ve stayed in other villas nearby, but we much prefer John’s apartment. We look forward to returning.

We had a wonderful family stay in John’s property in Val do Lobo. Great location for golf, tennis and the beach! John was very helpful and friendly- a very happy time!

Great apartment in great location

Easy process from start to finish, John was extremely helpful in answering questions we had and gave lots of info - including offering reduced green fees for the locals courses. The apartment is great, as described and well equipped. It was cleaned mid stay to a high standard. John was even flexible while we were there as we extended our stay mid holiday and there was no problems doing this. Looking forward to a return visit!

This was just great everything as described, incredibly spacious and good location. John the host was brilliant too and responded quickly to our multiple queries as well as helping facilitate golf for my partner. Would highly recommend
