A lovely family who appreciated one of the quieter zones of Balaia. Overlooking the driving range can be quite tranquil but only 100 meters to the nearest pool and golf clubhouse.

A lot of people wish to be comfortable without sitting in an air conditioned fridge 🙂 You have been a delight to deal with and would welcome you back any time.

Obrigado por recomendar e dar ao nosso apartamento 5 estrelas, nosso objetivo é apresentar um ambiente limpo e caseiro. Não sei por que a internet deve funcionar em torno de Balaia e da piscina, mas não no apartamento. No próximo ano vamos oferecer internet grátis dentro do apartamento.😊 Thank you for recommending and giving our apartment 5 stars, we do aim to present a clean and homely atmosphere. Not sure why the internet should work around Balaia and the pool but not at the apartment. Next year we will offer free internet inside the apartment😊

Como você mencionou, o apartamento permanece fresco por dentro, infelizmente você escolheu uma semana que incluía temperaturas de 40 graus, o que é extremamente incomum. Os utensílios que você mencionou foram confirmados como facas de cozinha e canecas maiores. Existem 4 ou 5 facas de cozinha e um descascador de batatas que eu teria pensado que atendia às necessidades da maioria das pessoas. Existem 6 canecas de tamanho padrão que, novamente, eu teria considerado adequado. Estamos ansiosos para recebê-lo de volta. As you mentioned the apartment does stay cool inside unfortunately you picked a week which included temperatures of 40 degrees which is extremely unusual. The utensils you mentioned were confirmed as kitchen knives and larger mugs. There are 4 or 5 kitchen knives and a potato peeler which I would have thought catered for most peoples needs. There are 6 standard size mugs which again I would have thought adequate. We look forward to welcoming you back. Peter
