Super location, 10 mins from the centre of town. Excellent pool and gardens and the villa was big enough for us and our numerous guests over 28 days.Super communication with Josh throughout.

We would book again

We loved the villa, well appointed, perfect location, great layout and pool. We all had a fantastic break. If we return to Dalyan as a group, we will definitely book again.

We had a great time at this excellent property, everything was clean on arrival with a very easy and smooth check in process. Everything is walking distance so no need for a car. Bars, restaurants and shops within 10 minutes walk including the waterfront green river with lots of boat trip options. Pool was cleaned regularly and was a refreshing way to cool down and also to sunbathe on the sunbeds right next to it. It is a small gated community (5 villas) so very safe for families with children. Hosts Josh and Sukey are excellent on every front, they were very helpful quick with responses and very generous by way of permitting us to check in early and check out late at no extra cost. I would very highly recommend this property, especially with such fantastic hosts whom we could not fault. Villa is very well equipped with everything you require for a comfortable holiday, air conditioners are a must in summer and were hugely appreciated. There is a Saturday market every week which is brilliant because it is a few minutes walk virtually round the corner from this property, sells fresh fruit and veg, clothes, perfumes, handbags, sun glasses and pretty much anything you can think of. Finally i would again like to express our appreciation for the hosts Josh and Sukey, they really are second to none.

We had an amazing two-week stay at Villa Huzur. The villa is spacious, spotless, and very well equipped, set in a peaceful location just a short walk from Dalyan’s shops, restaurants, and the river.Josh, the owner, was extremely helpful, giving clear advice and directions ahead of our stay, which made settling in effortless.Villa Huzur truly lives up to its name—a serene sanctuary that’s perfect for both relaxing and exploring this beautiful area. Highly recommended!

Great villa

We really enjoyed at holiday the Villa is in great location nice and quiet yet only a 10 minute walk to the centre. The pool and gardens and well kept.Great choice of restaurants in town although we BBQ most nights. The villa spotlessly clean and very well equipped.

Relaxing stay at lovely villa

We have just come back from a rescheduled break at Villa Huzur. We had a lovely stay and the villa was fantastic and so peaceful. Everywhere we went in the town people were very friendly. The pool and kosk were wonderful to relax in. Terrific value place to visit. Pam and Cameron

Fantastic stay at Villa Huzur

We have had the best week starting at Villa Huzur. It is very comfortable for a family, very well equipped and the pool is a huge hit with the children. Easy walking distance to cafes and the river. We felt safe and well looked after by Nev who was around every day to check if we needed anything. Communication with the owners was fast and easy. Honestly cannot fault this accommodation for a family stay. We will be back! Thank you for everything

Brilliant stay in Dalyan

This villa far exceeded my expectations. Communication with the owner was quick and easy before our visit. The villa itself was easy to find and check in process was quick due to the instructions provided before we arrived. The villa itself had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean, the pool and grounds were lovely and the addition of a private kosk was great. The location of the villa was a quick ten minute walk into town. We had an excellent holiday and would not hesitate to book again and recommend to friends. We didn't want to leave. nneededinstructions

Great Holiday Home

The Villa is in a lovely peaceful location, takes about 10 minutes to walk into town and also a little shop just round the corner for fresh bread and basics.. The the gated patio area is perfect for eating and also handy that young children can be safely kept from the pool area. Plenty of areas to sit and relax so if you stay as a group you can still have your own space. This was our 3rd stay at the Villa and have booked again for next year. Thanks Josh we have really enjoyed our stay again and also many thanks for all the information you gave regarding flights and transfers and COVID requirements.

Perfect holiday

Really enjoyed our stay here, quiet location loved the enclosed patio area which kept our 1 year old Grandson nice and secure. Everything we needed for a great family holiday. Good distance from the town about a 10 minute walk which was perfect.

Lovely holiday

The villa was very nice and clean with everything there that we needed. It was very spacious and the pool was lovely. The owners were very helpful and it was very easy to arrange our stay with them, the property manager who we met while we were out there was very friendly and helpful as well. Dalyan was a really nice town with lots of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. There were lots of things to do in the area, we particularly enjoyed the boat trips. We would definitely recommend this villa to friends and are looking forward to arranging another stay there in the future.

Super Villa in Dalyan

June 2014 was our second visit to Villa Huzur having stayed there in September 2013. The villa has everything you could wish for and more, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. It is set in a quiet residential area, two minutes from a mini market which is just around the corner and Central Bar, a great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner if you don't fancy walking into town. Bernice and Martin provide lots of interesting information on what to see and do and have a local contact if you need anything, it's all very easy. A 20 minute level walk takes you to the town centre which has all the shops and restaurants you could wish for, ATM's, post office and bus stop if you want to go further a field without hiring a car. Excellent restaurants sit alongside the river where you can watch the sun go down, enjoy good food, wine and beer, see the boats gliding by and if you are lucky catch one of the turtles bobbing up and down. If you want takeaways and discos this is not the place for you, it's very laid back and all in a great setting by the mountains and river. Villa Huzur in Dalyan is a really lovely place for a super relaxing holiday and we would definitely recommend it for couples or families. Maggie and Dave
