The villa is in an excellent location with an easy walk to the beach and into Coral Bay strip. The pool and deck area really good and lends itself to a lazy day in the sun.The use of the car is a huge bonus.Our only concern is on the cleaning which could be better but as said a fantastic villa and Louise was fantastic and so helpful.

The villa is beautiful, very spacious and great for families.Property manager Louise was always on hand to help before and during our stay.The area itself is also lovely with everything you need only a few minutes drive away.We have made amazing memories in this beautiful villa, would definitely recommend a stay.

A warm welcome in person from Louise was a good start to our holiday. Nice villa. Clean, good mattresses so a good nights sleep and good air conditioning meant we were comfortable. Lovely pool , secluded spacious gardens meant we had a lovely time. Use of the car included in the villa price but it was dated and the a/c challenging. Would hire a car next time but the facility was appreciated.

Had a fantastic weeks stay here, the villa is beautiful and spotlessly clean. A true home from home with everything you could possibly need.The pool is delightful and the outdoor space is extremely pleasant and has lots of space.The area itself is very nice with a couple of local tavernas in walking distance all of which are very nice, with a bus stop on your door step to take you to coral bay.Our host Louise was brilliant everything was made easy and nothing was too much trouble, so much so we are booking to go again next year

We stayed at the villa for a week in September and had a lovely stay. The villa is in an ideal, peaceful location, just a 5-minute walk from the beach and a small supermarket, which was really convenient.The use of the villa car was a fantastic bonus and made getting around so much easier. We were travelling with our 14-month-old daughter, and Louise was incredibly accommodating and helpful. She provided a travel cot, high chair and even a car seat for the villa car, which made travelling with a little one so much easier and stress-free.The only minor downside for us was that the air conditioning was set on a 2-hour timer, meaning it switched off during the night. We found the bedroom became a little warm after this, particularly overnight, so this is something to be aware of if you’re travelling during the warmer months.Overall, we thought the villa was great value for money and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Louise was a fantastic host, and we would absolutely not hesitate to return!

We absolutely loved our stay at this villa, Louise, the host, was incredible from beginning to end. She helped us with taxi transfers and even offered her car for us to use on the island. The villa was super spacious and clean, with everything you could possibly need. It truly felt like a home away from home, and there was even a resident cat we wanted to take with us! The location is fantastic, close to shops, restaurants, and two beaches, and Paphos is only a 20-minute drive for boat trips, the marina, and more. The only two things I'd change, and these are more personal preferences, are that we found the beds quite hard and the fridge a bit small for four adults to share. Other than that, we'd totally love to come back! Thanks so much, Louise, for making our stay so great xx

Louise was the perfect host, answering our messages quickly - helping us plan our stay, arranging transfers from/to the airport, recommending local places to eat and visit and even letting us use her car during our stay. She also met us in person at the villa when we arrived and had prepared a welcome pack for us.

lovely villa and great location, nice welcome pack on arrival, louise arrange transfers from airport and back for us all, villa was equip with everything you need for your stay and towels for the beach, 5 min walk to the beach with a lovely restaurant, great food and staff, use of the car to get your shopping in for the villa, would highly recommend

Great villa in a great location for accessing lots of the Paphos area. Pool and garden was perfect for chilling during the day and evenings, and the ping pong table was an added bonus. Area around the villa was also quiet with walkable bars and restaurants.Owner was really nice and welcoming in communications and telling us about the area before we arrived.Would happily stay here again.

Lovely clean villa as advertised. We had a great, relaxing week staying here. Host was very responsive. Only issue we had was on arrival, and directions to the villa were not great. Villa is a 30 minute walk from the main street, there are restaurants closer though. The main supermarket was a drive away, the use of the car meant this was easy. No instructions on recycling, so we spent time driving to find recycling bins. We checked out at 10 on the last day, and used the luggage lockers at Neptune's (you can use their facilities, pool, shower etc. It's worth going in and booking a locker though, as there was only one left when we got there.

We had a fantastic time. Everything was perfect for our stay at the Villa.we didn’t need for anything it is so well equipped. Louise our host was brilliant in communication with us and so friendly, explained everything we needed to know and even organised a taxi from the airport. Use of car was great too.We are already thinking of returning in the near future. Thank you so much Louie for making our trip so enjoyable.

Great villa in a perfect location, short walk to a lovely beach and an easy 30 minute walk in to Coral Bay. Louise was really helpful during our stay and left us a handy welcome pack of essentials on arrival. Very spacious, particularly the outdoor area. The villa is a little bit tired in some areas and could do with a little tlc but this is to be expected in rental properties and certainly didn’t detract from a wonderful stay.

Easy walk to the beach and local supermarket. Close enough yet also far enough away from main coral bay strip of bars and resteraunts. So much to do here and peyia and beyond. You ll love your stay here. Also i believe great for kids

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Communication was excellent. House and pool were brilliant and everything was clean and well maintained. Use of car was so handy for trips to shops and beaches. Great location, quiet but within walking distance of beaches, restaurants and bus stop to Pafos. We had a fantastic stay here, thank you very much. We can highly recommend :)

Lovely villa, great pool

Property was very clean and in a great condition and looked after. Louise was very helpful with any questions and queries we had. The pool was a great size. Overall a very nice experience.

I was so excited to go this villa as we knew the area well, wanted to be near the beach and it fitted exactly what we needed. Every part of this booking was easy. Villa was absolutely perfect in every way. So well equipped, clean, lots of seating areas, plenty of space all round. Bedrooms spacious with plenty of hanging and folding space. In two weeks we had a sheet change and the pool attended to twice a week. 5 mins walk to the beach that even my 82 yr old dad managed with no problems and closest restaurant was the wonderful Porto Antico - what a treat! The car was an absolute bonus, with trips to Philippos supermarket and a trip over to Latchi to hire a boat. So grateful for that. The pool at the villa is such a decent size, we had so much fun in it. Bbq we used twice - so worth it and cleaned up after ourselves. Some amazing walks from this villa towards oniro and the shipwreck then back along the coastal path - excellent scenery if you love walking or running. Louise is an excellent host, very caring that you have an excellent stay - which we did. This villa was a bit above our normal budget but as it was so perfect for us it was worth every single penny. We would love to come back in the future - we felt well and truly relaxed after two weeks here

Fabulous

The house and property is amazing and described accurately. The location is also ideal. The host was terrific from the moment we made the reservation. She provided details, tips on things to see and do, answered all of our questions, and went well above and beyond. A true gem!!
