Brilliant

Brilliant villa in a brilliant location, really enjoyed the stay, especially the views and pool cannot fault it, looking forward to hopefully going back.

Relaxing holiday

We had a lovely relaxing holiday at the villa. The pool was excellent and along with the breath taking views. Plenty of the room in the villa for the 2 of us. Communication with the owner were excellent answered all questions quickly, his brother on check was very helpful Overall fantastic time will go back again

Perfect villa and perfect hosts

Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect. We were three friends and had a very good vacation, special thanks to the hosts... The villa is very clean, comfortable and peaceful, especially the pool and poolside... Very good choice for some chilling, don't hesitate to book!

Just WOW!

Location, Location, Location. The best things about the villa are the pool and the views- just spectacular. Communication with Huseyin and his Uncle were perfect, making our whole stay so relaxing. We were even offered early checkin and late check out, but sadly were unable to take up the late check out offer. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for a family of four. Thanks again Huseyin.

3 nıght stay.

Lovely vılla. Enjoyed our stay. Defınately recommend. Both my 6 yr old and 13 yr old loved ıt. Plenty of space and everythıng ready to use. Pool clean. No problems. Wısh we could of stayed longer but all fully booked . Now ı know why. 👍

Nice break

Villa was spacious although a little tired. Pool was lovely, although turned slightly green at one point but thiz was rectified quickly. There was some rubbish around the pool area and the villa had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. Despite this we did have a nice holiday and the owner was helpful when contacted

Feel the review is a tad bit harsh considering how our direct messages went. Pool turned slightly green due to the wind blowing olives into the pool, which like you said, was solved quickly. As for the pool area and villa not being clean, let's agree to disagree as I hire cleaners, which they and multiple family members who assist me said otherwise. Regardless, thanks for acknowledging my services and having a nice holiday.

Amazing

What an amazing time me and my family had! Both owner and uncle were amazing. Very rapid responses. There was an a slight issue with the pool lights. but this was easily sorted and very quickly I may add! The location is stunning the Mountain View’s were breathtaking. We watched the lightening over the sea which was lovely. We took full use of their lovely big pool, the children loved it. Pool table and darts were added bonus. I would definitely recommend staying here owners are lovely and very helpful. Thank you so much for letting us share your home. You were so welcoming a big thank you from our family To yours !!!

Secluded and relaxing villa with great pool

My wife and I stayed here for two weeks in mid-July. The owner, Dogay, was extremely helpful, answering all of our queries very promptly and also organised a taxi to and from the airport and a hire car for us to use during our stay. It was also very nice to be given a welcome pack of basic groceries to get us started (eggs, bread, milk, Efes bier etc.) on our arrival by Hussain. The villa location was excellent, the views of the mountains and the sea were fantastic. The large pool was well maintained and we enjoyed the fact that it was so secluded. We enjoyed using the pool table in the living room and also used the DVD player most evenings, the only downside being the lack of aircon downstairs which would have been useful during our stay when the evening temperatures rarely dropped below 30˚C, however, this may not be such a problem during cooler times of the year. We had an initial issue with cleanliness which the owner has apologised for and therefore hope should not be a problem in the future. There are some lovely restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away, our favourites were the Hanimeller Cypriot restaurant and the Veni Vici Italian restaurant both of which had great service and excellent food. The cost of eating out was much cheaper than in the UK. There is also an amazing cinema about 15mins drive away, the Starlux, which had the best cinema seating I’ve ever had the pleasure of using and also had its own restaurant serving fantastic reasonably-priced food, all in a beautifully cool air-conditioned environment, and at a fraction of UK prices. The Lapta coastal path is only a short walk from the villa and I used it for an early morning jog and it provided lovely views of the sun rising over the sea. We visited Kyrenia and Guzelyurt which are a short drive away and also Nicosia which is a bit further away. I would recommend this villa to anyone wanting a quiet, relaxing holiday who enjoys their own pool and likes to eat out in very reasonably-priced restaurants. Northern Cyprus seems to provide very good value for money and is relatively unspoiled compared to some of the gaudy, commercialised tourist resorts in Southern Cyprus.

Sehr schönes Anwesen mit Tücken

Das Haus Top. Nichts auszusetzen, aber leider war die Hygiene vor allem die Küche sehr schlecht. Da sollte der Eigentümer besser drauf achten. Zubehör wie Geschirr und Handtücher waren leider auch sehr wenig, man kann sogar eher sagen es war nichts vorhanden, da die paar Tassen die vorhanden waren könnten aus hygienischen Gründen nicht verwendet werden. Nicht einmal einen funktionierenden Wasserkocher der auch noch aussah wie.. gab es. Leider schade weil das Haus ist wie gesagt top. Wenn ich mir ein Ferienhaus miete erwarte ich, so kenne ich es normalerweise, dass diese Sachen vorhanden sind. Schließlich nehme ich nicht mein Geschirr und Handtücher mit ins Urlaub. Also wer dieses Haus auf der Webseite sieht sollte das auch in Betracht ziehen.

Geweldig verblijf in Noord-Cyprus!

Prachtige villa met geweldig uitzicht op de bergen en een fantastisch zwembad. Wij waren hier in september, het was overdag 30 graden, het zeewater was lauw, verfrissing in het zwembad. Rustig gelegen villa met winkels en restaurants dichtbij. Veel plaatsen bezocht in de omgeving. (Bellapais, Kyrenia, Guzelyurt, Soli, Vouni, Famagusta, Salami, Nicosia). Huurauto prima geregeld via de eigenaar van de villa. De eigenaar is heel behulpzaam via de mail en reageert heel adequaat. Ook de transfer van en naar het vliegveld in Larnaka prima. De huismeester is ook vriendelijk en per app prima bereikbaar. Het leven in Noord Cyprus is relatief goedkoop. Wij hebben het hier fantastisch naar ons zin gehad en kunnen het een ieder aanbevelen! Fantastic!

We booked a 3 week stay for a home from home experience and was not disappointed. On arrival we met with Hussein, very lovely man who provided us with milk, butter, cheese and eggs and also gave us home picked fruit - a lovely gesture! We were a 5 minute drive from the beach, bars and restaurants. Everything that we could have needed was within the villa. Would definitely book another visit to this visit. The owner has been fantastic throughout the booking and kept us up to date from start to finish. Was very impressed at being trusted within his property.

huge villa, massive pool, couldnt of had a better welcome, very relaxing great people. second time back to lapta and this was proberly the best villa we have had, will stay again

Great family holiday

Many thanks for letting us hire your villa, we had an excellent time recharging our batteries and never left the pool. Lovely quiet area there is a football park down the way but couldn't hear it, the villa had everything we needed down to pegs on the washing line and dvds and iPod docking station for the kids would def use again :) Excellent value for money.

fab

we have stayed at this villa several times, as we are waiting for our own villa to be built. we feel its value for money, not far from a supermarket and not too far from kyrenia. we have busy lives and this villa recharges our batteries.
