Riverside Apartments offer on site facilities including two communal swimming pools one small children’s pool and a large pool. Pool side changing rooms and showers, there is also a Gym and Sauna. There is a large private balcony area with furniture for alfresco dining and private covered parking for 1 vehicle. The apartment is situated only 200 metres from local shops including supermarket, chemist, bakery and restaurants. Only a 10-15 minute walk and you are in the centre of the village where you will find and can enjoy the many traditional and modern bars, restaurants and tavernas as well as all the other local amenities on offer. The sandy beaches at Coral bay are regarded as the best in the Paphos area, they are only 2km away.

We really enjoyed our stay, the large balcony was lovely. It was very quiet and peaceful.

Great location. Customer Care can be improved.

First the good news. The location was as advertised. Quiet with beautiful views. However the sofas were old and tatty and covered over with less than appealing covers. The television did not work for the entire duration of my stay and I was only informed about their ongoing problems with it after I paid in full and turned up at the property,; It left a bitter taste in my mouth because clearly I was misled.

Excellent place for family vacation

Very well equipped property with nice mountain view, very good place for family vacation. You will need a car for travelling to beach and back.

Excellent

Apartment exactly as described, great location with wonderful views. So quiet and peaceful yet only a short walk to local bars and restaurants with good standard of food and entertainment plus very friendly locals. We had a car for the short journey to Coral Bay and the many lovely beaches and tavernas. The temperature was in the 30's all week and the terrace has the sun all day, with the pool a welcome relief from the heat. Peyia is beautiful village and we will return again and use this apartment as it has evreything we require.

C'était affreux!

L'appartement n'été pas utilisés pendant plusieurs mois et il y avait une odeur terrible d'une pièce abandonnée. Meubles dans la salle de séjour est si vieux que les propriétaires couvrent les accoudoirs des serviettes pour cache qu'ils sont déchirés. Sur les ventilateurs de plafond, il y avait beaucoup de poussière, quand nous l'avons allumée, elle était éparpillée dans toute la pièce. Internet ne fonctionnait pas, ils avaient juste oublié de payer. Les climatiseurs sont sur la minuterie, deux heures seulement. Si vous voulez plus longtemps - vous devez activer à nouveau. S'il fait chaud la nuit, levez-vous toutes les deux heures et allumez-le. Si vous laissez les fenêtres ouvertes, comme le suggèrent les propriétaires, des chats sauvages penetrent l'appartement pour viennent chercher de la nourriture. Ils ont déchiré le paquet de déchets et l'ont dispersé dans la cuisine. L'appartement n'a pas été réparé depuis 2009. Les murs des chambres doivent être peints et, à certains endroits, du plâtre tombe. Le résultat le plus inattendu pour nous a été le fin de visite - un amendea ete enleve du dépôt de garantie pour ce que nous n'avons pas lavé les plats et le sol. Nettoyer l'appartement ne figure pas dans les conditions de location. Le propriétaire n'a même pas répondu à notre question. It was terrible! The apartments were not used for several months and there was a terrible smell of an abandoned room. The furniture in the living room is so old that the owners cover it with towels so that you can not see how ripped it is. On the ceiling fans, there was dust, when we turned it on it was scattered all over the room. The Internet did not work, they just forgot to pay for it. Air conditioners are switched on only for two hours by timer, if you need longer - you have to turn it on again. If it's hot at night - get up every two hours and turn it on. If you leave the windows open, as suggested by the owners, then wild cats will come to look for food. They tore the package of garbage and scattered it all over the kitchen. The apartment was not repaired since 2009. The walls in the rooms require painting, and sometimes plaster falls off. The most unexpected for us was that from the security deposit a fine was deducted because we did not wash the dishes and left the dirty floor. Although the conditions of rent contained no requirements to clean the apartment. The owner did not even respond...

Great apartment

We stayed in the apartment with our 3 children (12,12,7) for 10 nights in August 2014. The apartment was in a good location in a very quiet area on a small complex. It was immaculately presented, very light and spacious, well equipped and had an amazing balcony! The pool was a great size, plenty of room for kids jumping and diving in! The apartment exceeded all our expectations and we all had a fantastic holiday. We would definitely recommend to our friends and will return in the future. Although you can walk to a few restaurants and shops I Recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your holiday.
