This beautiful villa has a fully equipped kitchen, with open plan living and dining.
We have a smart TV with uk channels, Free WIFI. Two bedrooms have fitted wardrobe and one with free standing wardrobes with chest of drawers. Main bedroom has an ensuite, there is also a separate bathroom. Outside has Astro turf so it is very comfortable for sun bathing.....
do not sit on sofa with sun tan lotion or fake tan. as charge will be incurred.

I haven't got one complaint the Villa was fantastic all the amenities local buses were all fantastic all the rooms were awesome perfect holiday we all had a fantastic time in lanzarote

Just back from a week's stay at villa Liza and couldn't fault anything,location,villa,pool and hosts were all perfect and would definitely recommend the villa for a relaxing holiday.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Liza. Hosts were fantastic from the start.Pool was great and was cleaned twice in the 10 days we were there. There was a great welcome pack with some beers and wine to kick start the holiday - which was much needed after a long days travel! Thanks for a truly lovely holiday.

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Liza! The villa itself is spacious and comfortable and the pool area was perfect for us, with just enough shade as the day went on. It’s very private with stunning views of the mountains. The kitchen was well equipped and the welcome pack was very much appreciated.Hosts were great at communicating and the local contacts quick to respond when we had an issue with hot water (this was resolved within a few hours).We had a car which made life easier though the local bus is easy to use and very cheap - it’s a bit of a walk into town otherwise. We preferred the Marina Rubicon end of town which is a bit further away from the villa.Would recommend and would stay again!

We just loved our stay here , we had everything we needed and more , a big pool (cleaned regular ) lovely outside space a well equipped kitchen wilh a big fridge a dishwasher, washing machine all modern and clean comfy bed , Although no air conditioning there were big powerful fans that worked perfectly even on the hottest days at the beginning of August (35degrees)Safe private parking place on property , bus stop just a few hundred metres down the road about 5minute walk to baileys bar where there was nightly entertainment and we were made most welcome Overall we had a brilliant holiday and already looking forward to nest year

Lovely spacious villa. Comfortable beds. Kitchen well equipped. Plenty of fans provided. We always had hot water and the water pressure was good. Pool was lovely and a good size and was cleaned regularly by a very friendly gentleman Eddie. Very private outdoor area with a fabulous view ! Bread, milk and other essentials provided which was a really nice touch. Communication with the owners was not the best. Wrong code given to main complex gate. This was rectified by co hosts promptly. No info on how to exit the main complex on foot. (You have to walk through the car exit to set off the sensor to open the gate) The artificial grass is really dirty and needs a thorough clean.

Property was very large and ideal for families. All the rooms were great sizes, lounge was huge! The location was great, lovely views of the mountains from the pool area. Plenty of sun beds and nice out door eating areas. The welcome pack was lovely. Villa very close to supermarkets and a 5 minute drive to the beach. We had a few issues on arrival with cleanliness, fans not working, safe broken, bin not emptied, dirty sheets but these were rectified immediately when we contacted the host (apart from the safe) problem lies with the cleaner not the host. There was food stuck to the floor which had ants on it which we cleaned up. The villa also had ripped door nets & broken door to pool area. We appreciate the host is relying heavily on the cleaner & maintenance person as they are not based in Lanzarote. Overall this was a wonderful stay when most issues were resolved and would definitely go again.

Would recommendOverall if happy staying this far out. nice spacious villa (car essential) Lovely pool sheltered from the wind sun most of the day- no cleaning/towel refresh during a whole 12 day stay -Villa looked a bit tired and in need of some maintenance - The Astro turf is full of dirt and needs renewed- it simply needs to be clear in advance that you need to sign a separate damages contract outside the booking agency. - no useful tv channels. No IPTV- no air con for the summer months -some road noise, even in the early hours

Perfect villa for family

We had a lovely holiday, villa Liza had everything needed for the perfect family stay, an ideal home from home holiday. Great location with 10-15 minute walk to local beach and playa Blanca. We would definitely love to stay again.

Absolutely fantastic stay at Villa Liza. Communication from hosts was spot on prior to travelling and loved everything about the villa. We are a family of 4 (2 kids aged 13 and 14) who particularly loved the swimming pool.The villa was equipped with everything you need including a fabulous welcome pack (with beer and wine!) on arrival. Great location with 3 supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and Bailey's bar just done the road. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Fantastic Villa with very private patio/pool area. The villa has 2 double rooms, 1 twin room and a small room with bunk beds. Has everything you could need in the kitchen with a comfortable living room area and dining table. The walk down to Playa Flamingo took us about 25 mins but there are plenty of taxis around if you dont want to walk

Fantastic Villa

Spent 2 weeks in Villa Liza and absolutely loved it, was truly a home from home in the sun. Lovely quiet location and really private. Pool is excellent and even deep enough for kids to do some tricks. Would highly recommend staying here and hopefully we’ll be back.

Great Spacious Villa

Villa was lovely, clean and spacious. Pool was a good size. Plenty of sun beds. Kitchen was nice, with all amenities in good working order. Overall had a lovely relaxing stay. Thank you !!

Loved it!!

What a stunning villa & it has everything you could need. The welcome pack was a lovely touch. We had a fantastic stay. It was very private & peaceful, just what we were after. Kids loved the pool. Would have no hesitation in recommending and would love to return one day.

Really disappointing, the tv channels were not working and when I contacted the host they passed me to the maintenance person who then told me to contact the host and I went round in circles for 2/3 days and eventually give up. Caused a real issue with 2 kids and cost me additional money having to go out more often. Not sure if I’d book a villa again. Probably ok if things don’t go wrong.

Fabulous Villa

Perfect location just outside Playa Blanca. The Villa was spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped, and much more than we expected. Communication with the hosts was first class. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend for couples, families, or a group of friends. Sunrise on the terrace is just spectacular !

Amazing Stay at Villa Liza

We had an absolutely amazing stay in Playa Blanca Lanzerote. The Villa was spacious and ideal for our family of 4. The pool area was private and well equipped for a day around the pool. The villa is located within walking distance to a restaurant and a small supermarket shop. Would advise using a car to get around the island and bigger supermarkets. Taxis are also very easy if you wanted a pick up and drop off into town. Communication with host is 5*

Beautiful villa,

We’ve just returned form a week long stay at the villa, first impressions didn’t disappoint, beautiful villa with everything we needed, spotlessly clean and the warm pool was a bonus. Only one criticism was the noise from the road at night in the main bedroom but it didn’t cause us much concern as we just swapped to the other main bedroom, would highly recommend and definitely would like to return to the same villa

Good week

The property was fine. The hosts contacted us and gave all the details about accessing the property. The swimming pool was heated and we used it quite a lot. The welcome pack in the fridge was greatly appreciated. It was a week of hot weather and air conditioning would have been very welcome.

Best holiday

Villa had everything we needed. Its only 5 euro including tip to the town centre . Easy access and good communication with host . Great wee complex at taxi rank Jardines de sol for great food and quizzes and other entertainment. Friendly locals

We have visited the island many times and fell in love with the area around Playa Blanca which is in our opinion the best location on the island. A very short distance away you have bars, restaurants, beaches, aqua park, everything to make your holiday complete.
Local taxi services are at reasonable cost, but would recommend a car to travel further to see the beautiful sights of Lanzarote.
there are many beautiful beaches to explore.
Playa Flamingo, Playa Dorada, Papagayo.
Timamanfaya is a must see with the volcano still live. (Also the Cooked Chicken)
The water park Aqualava is a fantastic day out< don't forget your sun tan Lotion....

Our villa is to a very high standard, rooms are very spacious, two room have fitted wardrobes with plenty of storage. Open plan living area with fully fitted kitchen, everything the ladies need home from home.
Outside artificial lawns, alfresco dining and beautiful private heated pool, during cooler months
There is a travel cot and high chair but i ask guests to take their own cot bedding.
There is a hair dryer and straighteners.
